Details - On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have king beds. The is also a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds on the first floor. The second floor has 3 king bedrooms and a shared bath with 2 sitting areas and a balcony overlooking the pool area with small views of the ocean.
The house is a short walk to the beach walk over. It is essentially a half block. You simply walk around a vacant lot next to the house and the walk over is right there. It is easy to spot. It is walkover '95'.
The pool table as shown in the pictures is located in the garage.
This is house is located in what most consider the 'west end'. The are no giant condos nearby, less traffic, and a lot less crowded beach.
For dining there are endless choices in Rosemary. About three blocks away there is a Winn Dixie, a CVS, and a Publix.
Pier Park is about a 10 minute drive.

I arrived here April 17th for the Seabreeze Jazz fest and was pleased with the choice I made for our girls weekend. The place was in great shape, clean and very roomy. It housed all 13 of us with no problem. Everyone raved about the place, we were able to have our meals together at the huge dining room table. We gathered at the pool and drunk coffee every morning and the walk to the beach was just across the street, a great time was had by everyone. Rod was very accommodating whenever we called he always answered. Thanks Rod, we will be back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
