On a nice beach for sunning or fishing... this three bedroom, two and a half bathroom home... recently renovated and re-decorated. This is the north unit of a three-unit house, on the right in the picture; our unit is 1440 square feet.
Downstairs we have a living room with dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, half bath, and two large closets. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a bath and a queen-size bed; a second bedroom (queen-size bed) and a third bedroom (twin beds) share a bathroom. Bedrooms have large closets. Living room, dining room, master and second bedrooms have oceanfront balconies. Parking is available underneath.
Four miles to Downtown historic St. Augustine, you will enjoy lots of wonderful restaurants, shopping, and tours. It is about 20 miles to World Golf Village, about 15 miles to Ponte Vedra (TPC Golf Course and ATP Tennis), and about 9 miles to the St. Augustine Outlet Mall with 100+ shops; 105 miles Interstate driving to Disney World. Mayo Clinic about 23 miles.
The center unit (VRBO Listing 15840) is also a rental and these two units make a nice facility for large family gatherings.
