  Hi Greg. I want to thank you for letting us stay at your condo this past week. The accomodations were wonderful. It was exceptionally clean. The location on the first floor near the entrance made access great! It was sooooo quiet! We were there to enjoy a get away trip with our daughters and I can honestly say that we had the BEST time. We are trying to plan our next trip and would stay here again in a heart beat. You are very lucky to have such an excellent property to call your own. Thanks you again.

  Calypso first floor unit, 1-109, has definitely spoiled my family! We saved significant amounts of our vacation time by NOT having to use an elevator every time we left or returned to our unit. Also, it is located, literally, right around the corner from pool and beach access. While enjoying the first floor balcony, we were very close to palm trees, the pool, and the beach. Our kids spent a lot of their indoor time on the balcony. It was wonderful, much better than staying on the usual upper level floor. The unit was very clean and decorated well. The bathrooms were very spacious. We walked to Pier Park, multiple times, for meals, entertainment, and shopping. This was a super convenience to be able to walk here, there, and not have to get in the traffic every day. The owner, Greg, was easy to reach for communication before we arrived at the resort. Super unit- we will definitely try to use this unit again!

That is one of the major reasons we purchased the property. The tile throughout and the spacious rooms create a relaxing atmosphere. Thanks again for being our guest!!!

  We loved this condo! The Calypso is a great location, the closest to Pier Park. We have stayed in 3 other units and like this one the best by far. The unit is located on the 1st floor, so access to the pools, beach, and tiki bar was so convenient. We were concerned about noise from outside since it was on the 1st floor, but we never heard a thing. When we sat out on the balcony, there were alot of passers by, but we liked it. If you have kids, this would be very convenient for you to keep an eye on them while they swim. The unit is well equipped and very nicely furnished. We didn't need a thing. I am a "germ-a-phobe" and this unit was super-clean, didn't even break out my Lysol can once! My appreciation goes out to the owners--thanks for making my birthday get away awesome!   Owner response: Thanks Leslie!! We fell in love with the unit when we were looking to buy in PCB. We kept going back to it. The ground floor and it's location next to the corridor to the Tiki Bar, Pool and Beach make it very convenient. The five minute walk from the front door of the unit to Pier Park is also awesome. No elevators to deal with. We want the unit to stay in great condition and this means keeping it neat and clean. Thanks to the cleaning crew. We plan to keep the unit up to date and have a few other areas we want to improve. Glad you enjoyed, and happy belated B-Day. Didn't know you were a TIDE FAN! I route for them as well.
