  This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Madrid. The owner is very helpful and organized and the apartment is extremely well-equipped. The location is great - close to shopping, restaurants, and within walking distance of all of the downtown sites. We would definitely stay there when in Madrid in future and would recommend it to anyone who is going there.

  No complaints, stayed in the apartment for about 10 days. We used the kitchen a bit to make some dinners, and had a few friends over one evening. Great location as well.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  At first we were a bit scared to book this flat, because there were no reviews of it but as we arrived it turned out that we shouldnt have worried! The owner provided us with a lovely, tastefully furnitured apartment with every facility you could think of. There was everything! Washingmashine, haidryer, dishwasher, iron, shoppingf bags, shampoos and all the cosmetics etc. and even little things to cook like salt, olive oil or vinegar. Because of that we felt very comfortable - just like at home. The apartment did not lack of anything. The owner even prepeared for us infos about museums, printed maps so we were very happy. The apartment itself was very nice. It's located in the city centre, 1 minute walk from tube Bilbao station [2 lines] so it took only a few minutes to get nearly everywhere we wanted to go. We could prepare food in the kitchen or watch movies on DVD. The flat was cosy and clean and the 'equipment' was new and nice-looking. We highly recommend this flat to anyyone who wants to spend a brilliant stay in Madrid in great atmosphere and in comfortable accomodation. Dont hesitate!!

  the apartment is confortable , has everything you need and is tastefully decorated . the location is perfect to visit and enjoy madrid by night or day . the owner right away makes you feel at home . we would definetely book the same place if we ever go back again to madrid .

  Very nice apartment at a reasonable price. It has all the usual mod cons, and it's clean + modern. It's in a fantastic area, with loads of good places to eat + drink around. The owner was really nice + helpful as well.

  Modern and perfectly maintained flat in a great area with loads of cafes, bars and restaurants including cafe commercial at the end of the street with reasonably priced internet access. Within walking distance of many of the central Madrid tourist attractions. Also very convenient for Bilbao and San Bernando metro stations. The owner Gabriel lives close by and is very helpful. Would definitely stay here again when we next visit the lovely city of Madrid.

  I started my short-time-delegation in Madrid, living in this flat for about one week - and it was great, fealing like being at home: The spacious well-maintained and clean flat in the very centre of Madrid was really wonderful: large windows, nice acommodation and the location is simply great: Nearly every sightseeing/famous building, shoppingstreet is within walking-distance. About the flat: You can find everything, you need. The kitchen with fridge, oven, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine; the bathroom with massage-shower; the bedroom with a wonderful king-size bed and large wardrobe. Even an elctric iron was there :-) The owner provided very good customer service, showed me places to buy food and stuff you need every day, showed me some good places to eat and everything. By the way: You will find an excellent restaurant in the ground floor of the building.

  We have been to Madrid a number of times, and have stayed both in hotels and apartments. Our last visit, we found this great apartment. It is located centrally, but in a quiet street, without too much noise. We were able to walk to most of the museums and sites. Gabriel, our "host" was charming and very helpful. He recommended some great restaurants, and night spots. The apartment itself was newly decorated, and felt very homey and comfortable. We will be sure to book his apartment again on our next visit to Madrid.
