The condo development is a gated community on BB Road at Vanderbilt. The unit is on 2nd floor and is very well appointed. Lovely decor, great kitchen and a screened in porch with access to the quieter of the two pools. The porch was a highlight where the 5 of us would enjoy breakfast and reading time. The bigger of the two pools was nice but we hear that it can get kid crazy in peak months. So teh location of the condo is better to be a bit farther away. Parking is ample. If you like to walk or run, the location has a 8 mile loop all paved from condo along BB road then it turns north and continues to Hickory Key and makes for a great path with little or no pedestrian traffic. NICE! Publix, Rhodes market both within 2-3 block walk and Royal Scoop (ice cream and sandwiches) is only 1/4 mile up Vanderbilt. Fresh Market a quick 2 mile drive and they have high quality market items (and great coffees). House does not provide much with food so if you plan on staying for extended periods stock up on all items! Enjoy!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Stayed in this beautiful condo for a week with another couple and had a wonderful visit to the Fort Myers area. The Villa complex amenities provided all that we needed and the condo unit location near the quiet pool is a plus! Elle was wonderful to work with and gave us all sorts of tips to make our visit the best. Walked to mini golf, beach, restaurants, and more. If you are content to be at the beach or relax poolside while on your vacation this setting is perfect. We took advantage of the beach shuttle and appreciated not having to deal with parking and Jerry's service. The dryer wasn't working while we were there due to a delay in repair, that was the only negative of our stay. This place is very sound proof as well...we couldn't even tell there were neighbors to the one side. The layout is roomy and works well for 2-3 couples. If we return back to Fort Myers we plan to rent this very unit again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
