Our 1632 square foot, two bedroom, two bath first floor carriage home is in a gated golf course community. Crown Colony has a large community pool, fitness center and tennis courts all included with your rental. A seasonal golf package may be purchased directly from the golf club at additional cost depending on the package you choose. The community is located a short distance from the airport and major roads. There are numerous activities located within a 30 to 45 minute drive. Lake Okeechobee and the Everglades are a leisurely drive of a couple of hours to enjoy air boats and a true Florida adventure. The islands close by have many interesting places to see and visit for boating, fishing and shelling. Also, if gambling interests you, Ft, Myers beach has a gambling boat that sails daily, and there is a gambling casino about 1 hour away.
Our home includes a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a large connecting bathroom, with an oversize vanity area, including hers and his sinks, as well as a convenient 'makeup' area.. Patio doors from the bedroom take you directly out to the lanai. You enjoy an eastern exposure. Wake up to awesome sunrises and in the evening, magnificient colors of the sunset over the lake. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, also with an adjacent full bath.. The den has a deluxe queen size sofa bed with air mattress for short term guests. The kitchen has all granite countertops and is complete with all utensils. The lanai offers 2 large comfy chairs for enjoying the view and a dining table for 4. The living room is very comfortable for entertaining and the inside dining table seats 6. Our laundry room has a deluxe washer and dryer. From the attached 2 car garage, there are 2 steps up into the house with a railing.

A whole house water softener/filter system and electronic air filtering system works continuously to make your stay more comfortable. The kitchen and each bedroom have televisions. The den also has a television and a DVD player.

my wife and I have been "wintering" in Florida as a proprty owner or tenants since the early 80 's . This season we were fortunate enough to find this beautiful lake and golf front condo and spent three months here enjoying our peaceful and quiet setting . This is a unique condo which once served as a developer's model. As such it has many upgrades inside and everything one could ask for ; as examples , we truly enjoyed the built-in sound system and cozy den . This condo , in our opinion is on the best , most scenic and private lot in Crown Colony . A note about the owners ; They are very kind , and allowed us all the privacy we were seeking , but also immediately available if needed . Wonderful people who were only concerned about us being happy and comfortable . Thanks to Kay and Brian the experience exceeded all our expectations . Doug and PamRecommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

About the owner: We are year round Crown Colony residents and moved to this beautiful and convenient location in 2004. Golfing and exploring southwest Florida are very special activities for us. Ding Darling Wildllife Preserve on Sanibel Island is one of our favorite places to visit.
