This comfortable two bedroom, two bath, fully furnished condo in White Sands Village is a short ten-minute walk down a beautiful garden path to the white sands and turquoise waters of world famous Siesta Beach. Located on seven tropical acres, it has everything you need for a memorable family vacation or a quiet winter escape.
You’ll find this clean, ground floor condo to be a wonderful home away from home. Seniors will love the lack of stairs and families with kids will love the bunk beds, games and beach toys. It also features two full bathrooms with complete linens, new carpet throughout, two large bedrooms that sleep six, plenty of closet space, a dining room that seats six, full kitchen, dedicated wireless internet and a living room you’ll love taking it easy in. Kick back on the sofa or love seat watching the provided cable or one of the provided movies on the Blu-Ray player and 46” flat screen HDTV.
Head out to the screened in lanai and take a nap in the hammock while you listen to the breeze blow through the palm trees. Step outside and you are just a few steps away from both the boat docks and the 86 degree heated pool, his and her saunas, common BBQ area and club house.
When its time to head to the beach, simply pack up the beach cart with towels, umbrella, chairs, blanket and beach toys (all provided) and walk across the street to the beach ranked #1 in the US. The beach features tennis courts, a picnic area, sand volleyball courts and two playgrounds.
After the beach try your hand at one of the many activities Siesta Key has to offer including snorkeling, fishing, water sports, shopping and dining at both Siesta Key villages (just a short drive away).
Cross the bridge back to the mainland and discover downtown Sarasota’s world class shopping and dining as well as many other cultural amenities. In addition, Tampa (60 miles) or Orlando (120 miles) are just a day trip away.
White Sands features coin operated laundry with washer/dryers and private covered assigned parking.
Children and Seniors are welcome! Please note that White Sands Village requires a two-week minimum stay. Sorry, no pets allowed.

We had a great time on the Siesta Keys. We really enjoyed the condo. It was a ground floor unit with a reserved covered parking spot near the entrance to the condo. The grounds were well manicured. The unit was clean, and it was comfortable and well supplied. It is on a main drive, but was very quiet. The pool area was well maintained and has a gas grill beside it. They were very close to our unit. We used both quite often. The beach was fantastic. It is powdery sand, so it was very soft. The beach took about 10 minutes to walk to, so we didn’t have to get into a car to go. We ate most of our meals in our condo, but there are a lot of great eating places not only on the Siesta Keys but also in Sarasota. There is a lot do besides the beach. During our stay, we went to a musical one evening. On the weekend we spent the day hiking at the Myakka River State Park which is just east of Sarasota. It was a lot of fun. We have gone to the John and Mable Ringling Museum which was very interesting. We would recommend coming to this area and staying in this condo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
