GREAT BEACH FOR KIDS! AWESOME SOUND & GULF VIEWS!

LARGEST NORTH BEACHFRONT HOUSE ! No kidding, this baby is a whopping 5300 square feet of paradise. This is our flagship home. We have several other properties on the island as you see from our other listings, all with private heated pools.

House is waterfront on sandy north beach of the Mississippi Sound. Island is only a few hundred yards wide at the west end & is surrounded by an actual sand beach on both sides(gulf on south side & sound on north).Enjoy the best of both worlds. Backyard/beach is also private on this side of island.just a 1 minute walk to gulf beach w/deeded access.
Located on a multi acre, 750-foot-deep lot. It is directly across the street from our Kowabunga property.

A lot of people prefer this side of the island w/its white sand beach, clear, calm, & shallow water;it is ideal for swimming or lounging on a raft.Great beach for young children w/o the worries of large waves or currents.You could also,at your discretion,set up your umbrella & chairs and not be required to haul inside every night(this beach is your private property).You could also beach a small boat or waverunner in your back yard!

The private heated pool & SPA!!! House features the only elevated full size fiberglass pool and oversize spa on the island. Our other houses feature our signature 8x15-foot heated dippin' pools, but this one has a full size 11X28' pool (4 feet deep). Spa is a huge 7x10.

We Have among the Only Private Pools on the Island. Houses Book Quickly. Pools Are Pre-Set @ 85-90 Degrees oct thru mid May. (Spa is on a timer and may take 1-3+ houses to reach 100 degrees plus.)

House features huge family room with 20' soaring ceilings (large entertainment center w/ 50" HD plasma & video game(s), huge dining room w/ 8' mahogany table (seating for 10), huge kitchen w/ island & addnl breakfast nook w/ seating for six, lg billiard room w/ pub table, hoops game, & 15' ceilings, wet bar,2 large downstairs bedrooms w/ sound & gulf views (queen & bunks in one, king & queen in other). Jack & Jill bath; 15' ceiling in gulf side bedroom, master suite is huge & features luxury formal furnishings, fireplace (non-functional), LCD flat panel TV, & huge luxury bath w/ jetted tub,two French doors to upper tiled balcony, & the most awesome panoramic water views. Upstairs also features another large bedroom, en-suite, w/ French doors to balcony (2queen beds).
Recently added upstairs is a new sponge bob themed bunkroom with separate hallway access, bunks and a queen pillow top murphy bed. Its got 2 porthole windows and satt flat panel tv. Awesome for the kids and oh so cute!

Dauphin Island is very laid back & non-commercialized, but has shops, a grocery store, bakery,& several restaurants ranging from pizza, ice cream and burgers, to great seafood and steaks. ISLAND IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE BY BRIDGE. Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan is only a few miles away & is accessible by auto ferry (makes a great day trip).

For attractions, visit the Sea Lab, historic Fort Gaines, play a round of golf at the Isle Dauphine gulf-front course, view birds and wildlife & explore secluded beaches at the Audubon Sanctuary, fish on the beach or at the long gulf-front fishing pier, charter a boat for sightseeing or deep-sea fishing, swim, bike, walk, collect shells, or JUST PLAIN RELAX!
