Enjoy a bit of Southern France in Southern California. Walk to the beach and village shops from this light -filled home which maximizes the indoor/outdoor lifestyle of Coronado.
The downstairs living and dining open onto the patio and garden through double french doors. Outside is a gas grill, a teak dining table that extends to seat 10, and a gas heater in case the beach air gets chilly.
Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen with Bosch and Viking appliances, or make reservations in the Village and bike over with one of the beach cruisers which come with the house.
Kids and teens will love the garage, which has windows and plenty of natural light, yet can be darkened for a movie night on the big screen TV, or a game of XBox or Kinect. During the day, they can roll out the ping pong table or take the boogie boards to the beach.
The master bedroom upstairs has a queen tempurpedic type bed, and balcony that looks out at palms. Bedrooms 2 and 3 upstairs have a queen and two twins, respectively, and share a full bath off the hallway. The downstairs bedroom has its own half bath, television and queen bed.

About the owner: We are a French-American family who loves Coronado and the outdoor lifestyle. Christophe is in the food industry, so we trust you will appreciate our well outfitted kitchen. We also love sports, and have many beach "toys" for you to enjoy. We will be happy to point you to the best places for kite boarding, wake boarding or surfing.
Why the Owner Chose Coronado:
We chose our home based on the location. Our street is very quiet -- it is a dead end at Alameda so there is no through traffic. Yet, we are 5 blocks to the beach and 5 blocks to Orange Avenue, the library and tennis courts. We are 1/2 block to the school, where there is a small playground and a swimming pool adjacent.
