Relax in a quiet and private, fully furnished, 1600 square foot condo that sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. This large condo has an open living plan and all the amenities of home. There are two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable king-sized beds and cable TV. The large master bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The family room boasts a spacious, open living plan with multiple amenities, including a fireplace, comfortable leather recliners, flat screen television, DVD player, and all premium cable channels. Additional sleeping is offered with an inflatable queen size aero bed.
Natural lighting floods the living areas through the many windows and two sets of french doors: the living room and master bedroom both open up to a spacious covered deck to extend your living space to the beautiful outdoors. There, you'll have exclusive use of the comfortable outdoor furniture, including an outdoor eating area, swivel rockers, and chaise lounges. Whether indoors or out, you can enjoy a great meal, surf the internet on the high speed wireless internet, read a good book (possibly selected from our complimentary library), play a board game with the family (a small selection is also provided in-house) or just lounge around enjoying the gorgeous lake views.
We are conveniently located near all shopping, activities and local attractions. Ours is the closest condo on the lake to the Oaklawn racetrack and casino. We are within a mile of nightlife, restaurants, groceries and shopping and are minutes to the downtown area and the Hot Springs Spas. We are near Lake DeGray Resort for close proximity to additional friends and family you might have in your party.

We came to Hot Springs for the races but we found a real winner here! The rental was pristine (and my husband is very fussy) and stocked with everything you could wish for. Nellwyn was a wonderful host even though she was recovering from an injury. The location was close to the track yet removed from the hustle & bustle. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Hot Springs.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

Prices are for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Additional adults and/or children (up to a total occupancy of 6) will incur additional charges. Rates for stays of a week or more are negotiable. Holidays require a minimum stay of 3-4 days. Credit Card payments an incur an additional 2.5% of the total. A one time cleaning fee of $75.00 will also be required.

Why the Owner Chose Hot Springs:
An Arkansas native, I have spent much of my life on the water and have lived in homes on our various lakes for most of my adult life. I wanted a home my friends and family would enjoy visiting again and again, and which gave them access to all that lakeside living affords. It is not just a vacation rental but a guest home for my loved-ones.
