Situated in the tranquil and relaxing community of Westridge our spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished, smoke-free home will help you relax during your stay.

Within the community are tennis courts, swimming pool, children's playground, basketball court and grassy play area.

This beautiful single story villa sits on an elevated corner lot affording perfect privacy whilst relaxing in the pool and spa. When you open the door, you will be greeted with a large open foyer with a high cathedral ceilings which are continued through the villa.

The villa is furnished to a very high standard and is comfortable with ample space for our guests.
It boasts air conditioning throughout with ceiling fans in every room as well as the sheltered pool area.

French doors in living room, master bedroom and family room lead to a covered lanai and screen enclosed custom pool and spa. There is a round table with four luxury cushioned chairs and four matching sun loungers for relaxing by the pool.

The covered lanai and pool terrace have ample lighting where you can have a drink and sit and relax and muse over the memories of a hectic but enjoyable day while watching the sun set.

Our home is located 12 minutes from Disney and is close proximity to six golf courses including Champions gate and Highlands Golf Reserve which border our subdivision.
