  The apartment is just as advertised and consistent with the 5 star reviews. The owner promptly refunded our deposit and even mailed home a DS game my kids left behind. The young lady who greeted us obviously had cleaned the apt quite well and could serve as a neighborhood tour guide. A great stay.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  We were a party of 4 and needed two real bedrooms. This apartment was perfect for us. For NYC the bedrooms were a good size, we were able to have privacy and the living area was comfortable. The location was great, we walked everywhere. Lots of restaurants and delis close by and Central Park is only a 10 minute walk away. We did not mind the noise, perhaps we were too tired from all the walking we did! We really appreciated having someone at the apartment when we checked in, we were given information not only about the apartment but also the neighbourhood and tourist sites. We have already recommended to friends this apartment and would gladly stay here again.

  Cannot say enough good things about about this apartment. Clean, comfortable beds, and all the necessary amentities. You will hear outside noise from neighbors throughout the night but that is normal in NYC. Just download the WhiteNoise app on your iPhone and you are all set. The location is perfect and the check-in/check-out process was so easy. Alex is responsive via email with questions. Will definitely recommend to others and will come back soon.

  The apartment was exactly how it is pictured and extremely clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We had two 22 year olds with us and they loved the Wine/Cheese bar two doors down. The Cafe right next door was good for a quick meal. We walked all over and the subway was very close too. We had a terrific time. My only complaint was that it was pretty loud in there and it got much worse Saturday evening with the apartment next door and above us but I would still stay here again. We did not get to meet Alex but the woman he has cleaning was a real sweetie.

  We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again! Great location, comfortable beds, fresh linens and good square footage for a NYC apartment. It is an old building so walls/floors are thin, but that is not uncommon for NYC. Thanks Alex - we will rent with you again!

  This was a great apartment to stay in. The location is convenient to stores, subways & theatre. It was very clean & comfortable. We plan to return! The only small thing I would suggest is having a couple of ice trays for the freezer.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  A great apartment, located in a lovely area with many exciting restaurants. Short distance to Columbus Circle and Central Park. Time Square is also within walking distance. The apartment is neat and clean, and located in a quiet estate. Good service from the landlord (Alex).

  very nice apartment in great location, few minutes from Times Square. Place is clean, well furnished with all you need for you stay. In general one always finds some bad surprise or something missing in vacation rental apartments, but in this case the apartment was exactly what I expected and needed. And as said is in a strategic location for visiting Manhattan by walking. Owners are very nice and always promptly available in case of need.

  The apartment was very nice and in a great location. Very clean, air conditioning and relatively quiet for NYC. Metro access to Columbus Square was very easy and lots of food options in the neighborhood. There was a slight problem with the wireless internet access, but Alex worked hard to resolve it. Great place for families or grown up get away.
