  We were a group of 5 ladies who enjoy a getaway each year. We have spent many weeks in Florida. This time we chose a quiet place......not the hustle and bustle of the beaches, but still had the water, waves to relax. The condo was very clean anad up-to-date. The manager answered any questions we had. When we went out to eat we had several places to choose and they were near our condo. We will surely consider this in making our next trip!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

  We arrived in need of a relaxing vacation and time to enjoy family. The condo met our every need. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We all were in heaven with the view and all the water sport activities. We had our 3 young grandchildren along and the water front was perfect for them to entertain themselves.The beach was a 5 min. car ride and very beautiful. Grocery stores were right there along with good restaurants.

  This place is alright for a family outing it was clean and spacious and the king bed was absolutely awesome. There were big holes in the walls in a couple spots and just repaired with tape and painted over !! The towels are old and need replaced and the tv's are tiny and poor quality pictures. Pensacola is about 3/4 hr drive away . I guess what I'm saying is if your wanting a camping type of holiday this is the place all except that the barbecue is a joke !

  Owner response: This is my first bad review out of dozens and dozens of guests. I am not sure where it came from because no problem were reported cuing their stay and even sent me a text to say they had a great time. Here is the response to his review comments 1. The condo is located in a very desirable part of Pensacola. It is right on the water in Innerarity point. To say its 3/4 of an hour from Pensacola is totally false. In fact I always give the address so travelers can look it up on google maps to make sure it's the area of Pensacola they are looking for. His failure to do this is in no way a fault of the property. 2. The TV's are not modern big screens. I never advertised that they were and this guest never inquired. There is so much to do around the area and the water that very few guests spend their time watching tv all day. 3. the towels are replaced at the start of each spring season. 4. the dishwasher started just fine when I went over. Just had to make sure the door clicked shut. 5. The grill is a small webber cooker. I admitted its not the biggest but it works great. 6.The condo is definitely not the Ritz Carlton but I don't advertise it as such nor do I charge what they charge at the ritz. It's a 3 bedroom condo, very clean, nicely furnished. The price is extremely reasonable and I also include many amenities like paddle board and kayak at no extra charge. I even allowed this guest to pay in Canadian dollars which cost me over $30 in exchange fees

  My family was so comfortable in this fully furnished vacation rental. We cooked and relaxed to the sounds of the water, ate breakfast on the balcony and swam in the afternoons at the community pool. This place has it all if your wanting to getaway and relax with the option of being 15 min from Orange Beach! This was an inexpensive vacation with all the luxuries of an over priced getaway. We will definitely return next year. The owners are friendly and welcoming which was the icing on the cake! Highly recommend this rental if you are trying to stay away from the crowds.

  The location and amenities were definately as described. It is close to Pensacola and also to Orange Beach and Gulf State Park. The view was awsome. We loved the fact that the kids could go out in the water and we did not have to worry about them. It was all we could do to get unloaded before they had the kayak in the water. The townhouse was great. It as extremely neat and clean. It was also decorated beautifully. The owners are extremely nice. We had actually left a dvd in one of the dvd players and 2 days later I received it in the mail. I would recommend this to anyone as a great place to stay and definitely worth the money. We plan to go back again next year.

  The Condo was more than I ever expected. I spent the week with my wife and two young daughters.Very clean and updated with TV's in every room, new appliances, and all the comforts of home. It was a very secluded and quiet place with a beach in its backyard. What a great place for a family with kids or just a relaxing weekend with your love one. It sits on the back bay with the water going no deeper than your waste for a good 100 yards. Crystal clear and very calm. The beach is no more than a 15min drive with restaurants, fast food and 2 major markets within a 5-10 drive. It is also only a 20-30min drive to Golf Shores Alabama, where there are water slides, amusements parks and lots of night life. The condo complex also has a pool and a small exercise room in the clubhouse if you just want to hang out for the day at home. The owner could not have been more friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to go. I will definitely be going back again and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, safe place to take their family, friends or just a romantic weekend(or week) away!.

  We had a great time on our stay. We brought our bikes and Kayaks and enjoyed exploring Perdido. It was very convenient to be able to store and put the Kayaks in the bay right at the condo. We also had a good hike on a nature trail at the Tarkiln Bayou State Park. We found lots of great places to eat and enjoyed a few drinks. We loved our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the bay and watched the sun come up. The condo is nicely decorated with a lot of extras like granite counter tops and plantation shutters. Everything is basically in new condition. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beach vacation.

  Thanks so much for the great vacation condo! Enjoyed the deck right on the water with the salt water breeze! Owners great to work with and the place was super clean. Love this area great beaches and not the large crowds you get with some other areas on the emerald coast. Beautiful beaches and fabulous seafood!!
