About the owner: This cottage was built by my grandparents and continues to be used by my family for summer holidays. We spend our summer at the cottage next door and are available to help out if there are any issues whatsoever.
Why the Owner Chose Camden:
Lake Megunticook is a wonderful watershed for fishing, swimming, boating, birding, waterskiing, etc. This is one of the quietest areas of the lake located directly across from undeveloped conservancy land. The cottage is filled with pictures of great family times at the lake. This cottage is a wonderful property for a family vacation due to its location on the lake and its proximity to Camden and the surrounding mid-coast area of Maine.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
Large living room and dining area with fieldstone fireplace. Huge wrap around screened in porch with dining area. Great swimming just a few steps from the cottage with your own dock and 2 kayaks. 5 minute drive to Camden with lots of shops, restaurants and a beautiful harbor.
