  We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas in this home. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained and fully stocked (it even had a Christmas Tree!). When we had an issue with a power outage (it was a city issue not the home) the owner was very responsive and helpful with getting us in touch with Idaho Power. We are not from Idaho and therefore we didn't know who to call. The home is better than what the pictures reflect. We also rented the unit above the garage for my parents and it was comfortable and cozy. Our initial concern was that it might be too cold above the garage but there are 2 heaters that kept the space very warm! The location was great - we skied Brundage every day, went sledding, ice skating, to the spa at Whitetail and out to dinner in town. We also cooked quite a bit and the kitchen was well stocked and perfect for a family. We have stayed in many homes in McCall (we visit every summer and winter) and this is by far one of our favorites! We loved our stay here and hope to come back soon.

  After returning from Iraq in March this was the perfect cabin for my girlfriend and I to spend a belated Christmas! The cabin is beautiful and very clean! The wide open kitchen and huge kitchen top made Christmas dinner easy to prepare and enjoy! There is also a nice private hot tub steps from the front door ...although I fear the cold so we stayed away. Rod (The Owner) made the renting process very simple and easy. I have rented multiple vacation homes and this was all around a hassle free experience. We had one question during our stay and Cindy (The housekeeper) was able to answer it for us! Oh last thing is that it is about a 3 minute drive to downtown. We also used the local Athletic Club that is a short drive away!

  The property was everything it was booked to be. The property was well maintained and the heated floor was great.The property manager was very helpful and nice to talk to. I would recommend this property to anyone that would like a nice and comfortable place to stay in McCall.The Pancake house is a great place to eat.

  The house is a treat in itself. I love the high end furnishings and everything was immaculate. We enjoyed our times going into town for entertainment, but also loved our time just lounging at the house. I found myself saying "lets just go back to the cabin and hang out". You will not be disappointed if you stay here!!! I have already recommended all of my family to reserve their weekend retreats at this house. There is no better way to end the day's exploring/activities than going "home" to this place.

  Wow! Great house - especially the heated floors and fireplace. Everything that was advertised was exactly like we found it. Loved the hot tub and quiet neighborhood too. Would recommend this property 100%.

  My wife and I took our three children ages 6 and under to this property in McCall and were blown away. It was above and beyond what we anticipated. The house was very clean and the property immaculate. The amenities were as advertised but it was the setting and location that has this home on our return list. You could take a short walk to Ponderosa State Park and disappear into nature. Hot tubbing under the stars. Awesome fire pit. Comfy beds and cozy living area. We couldn't ask for much more in a rental! You won't be disappointed!

  My wife, four girls and i vacationed in this home and had a wonderful experience. We loved how close it was to Ponderosa State Park. Only a blocks bike ride and you were in the park and at the lake. The cabin was spacious and built very well. Master bedroom looks right out into the forest and has huge walk in shower and soaker tub in the master bath. We would love to stay here again. The owner was great to work with.

  Our stay could not have been more enjoyable! Amazing location. Very comfortable, clean with the with beautifully updated appliances. We are a family of 4 and we had more than enough room. Incredibly peaceful and we enjoyed being able to ride our bikes to town, the beach, and the park. We can't wait to see what McCall has to offer in the winter. We will definitely be staying here when that happens.
