This two bedroom, 2 bath condo is new to the rental market and it will rent up fast so book today.
The condo also comes with a car at a very reasonable price. It is a Ford Escort an great for running around town. If rented with the condo, the car is only $25.00 per day
The condo has two nice size balconies, one off the living room and one off the guest bedroom.
You will have spectacular views of the blue Pacific Ocean, mountain ranges and both
Santiago Bay and the lagoon. The living room and dining room areas are perfect for entertaining along with the large balcony off the living room area. The kitchen has many modern upgrades including a dishwasher, microwave and full size oven/stove. The dishware is stylish and plentiful as is all the accessories to the kitchen.
There are two flat screen TV’s to watch your favorite programs because the condo comes with satellite TV with Canadian and American channels. There is a nice desk area in the guest bedroom and internet access. The guest room has a private bath and a queen size “comfy” futon bed. The master bedroom suite also has a private bathroom, a queen size bed and lots of closet space. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.
Vida del Mar is a luxury complex sitting on 27 landscaped areas overlooking the Pacific Ocean. There is a nice pebble cove great for shelling and snorkeling. There are three pools at Vida del Mar and the condo comes with access to the Club Santiago Beach Club. You’re a short walk to Santiago Bay and miles of sandy beaches.
