This stunning property is 9000 square feet of brilliant Turkish/Moorish architecture. The entire house has been recently renovated and redecorated. The kitchen has black granite counters and new stainless steel appliances including two fridges, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Modern remodeled bathrooms, marble floors throughout, newly tiled swimming pool and BBQ area are a beautiful backdrop for the designer furnishings.
House staff includes a houseman (fluent in English), gardener, pool man, housekeeping maids, and laundry service. The property has a private staff Villa.
Available for additional fees: In house esthetician, masseuse, chauffer or chef prepared meals (casual or formal).
The house has a purified water system for safe drinking water from all taps.
Five large bedrooms including three master bedrooms with ensuites. All are air conditioned and have new mattresses and luxurious linens.

La Punta has 24 hour security, a private beach and the La Punta Beach Club with pool, gym, BBQ area and seasonal restaurant, tennis courts and clubhouse, putting green, and kid’s park.
There is a floating pontoon for sunbathers, great snorkeling, and kayaks available to rent.
The La Punta tennis courts have 4 private hard courts with lighting for evening play. Also La Punta guests are welcome to use the Las Hadas Resort tennis courts. Racquets and tennis balls are available at the house. La Punta guests also have access to Las Hadas amenities including an 18 hole golf course, private marina, water sports, fishing boats, restaurants and boutique.
