Our brand new luxurious, smoke-free four bedroom villa is situated on the prestigious gated community of Southern dunes Golf and Country club. A beautiful landscaped residential area, lined with palm trees, just 18 minutes from Disney Theme Parks and only 50 minutes from the sandy Gulf coast beaches.
It is an idyllic place to stay for both golfers and non-golfers alike who are looking to enjoy all the attraction of Florida.
Our villa is furnished to an exceptionally high standard all the rooms are tastefully decorated and there is air-conditioning throughout for your comfort. The large family room looks directly onto the pool area through double patio doors.
For your relaxation you will find two very comfortable sofas, one is a queen size sofa bed, ceiling fan, Computer with High Speed Internet, cable television, DVD, CD player, coffee table, two side tables with lamps, a selection of board games.
The dining area has a large dining table which seats six, adjoining the family room is the breakfast area, furnished with a table and four chairs. From the breakfast area there is access to the fully equipped kitchen with two bar stools situated at the breakfast bar.
Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is access to the pool area from the en-suite. The bedroom itself has sliding patio doors also to the pool area. Queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, ceiling fan, hairdryer and an armour with a cable television.
The second master bedroom comes complete with, queen size bed, wardrobe, cable television, bedside unit with lamps, chest and hairdryer. The room has access to the second bathroom.
There are two further twin bedrooms, fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, cable televisions, bedside units, lamps and chests. One has twin beds and the other room has bunk beds with two beanbags and Playstation 2. Both rooms have access to the second bathroom.

The pool is surrounded by a large patio area complete with tables, chairs, sun loungers, umbrella, BBQ and can be heated if required. The pool deck is fully screened to keep insects out and the pool clean. There is also a safety screen for the younger children. |
