  My parents and I stayed at this condo for three nights, and we loved it. In addition to being spotlessly clean, it was also spacious, well-lit, and beautifully situated along the river. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, and we were able to enjoy breakfast on the patio overlooking the river. The owners left linens, towels, and patio furniture for us to use, as well as a bouquet of fresh flowers and even a bottle of wine! From our first interaction to our last, Kathryn was incredibly kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again, and I would highly recommend it to others.

  Everything about this rental was perfect. The location was right on the river with great views and easy walking access to restaurants and shops. Very spacious and comfortably decorated. We will definatly return to this rental in the future. And by the way the owner couldn't have been more gracious and accomodatiing. Thanks again Kathryn!

  Needed the rental for a Valentine's Day getaway and got a place to stay plus so much more. You couldn't ask for a better location since everything is literally right around the corner. The views from the balcony are beautiful, the apartment is clean and cozy, the bed is comfortable and the amenities are provided. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. There's no hidden cost or inconveniences. Food and fun is only yards away. Rest and relaxation is right through the door. Honestly, this place is a vacationer's dream. I would highly recommend it!

  Great location, very clean and smartly furnished, it has everything we needed for our romantic get away. We visited Wilmington several times, but this time was by far the best of all because of this beautiful place. We will not hesitate to book it a gain and again for how great it felt to stay in this condo. I must also mentioned that the owner was very pleasant and made the transaction very simple for us, even though we did not meet her but she sounded very open minded and trustworthy. I strongly recommend this place over any others for the quality you get in relation to the price you pay.

  Absolutely stunning apartment in the heart of downtown Wilmington. Close to restaurants, the Saturday morning Farmers' Market and all of the action. You'll wish to stay forever, especially once you witness the sun set over the Cape Fear River on the apartment's darling private balcony.

  My fiance and I really enjoyed this cheerful condo with a great balcony and view of the river. Downtown Wilmigton is an exciting place to be...live music, great restaurants, and the condo gave us lots of good advice. I would recommend this charming place to anyone....convenient to everything, but you may not want to go anywhere!
