Located just a short walk by way of private secluded beach paths to freshwater private beach of Sheep Pond, perfect for swimming, kayaking, canoeing or fishing. Nice, relaxing backyard with Adirondack chairs, barbecue grill, porch and sandbox for the kids. Perfect location. Very close to Cape Cod Bay beaches, Nickerson State Park, golfing, Cape Cod Rail Trail and easily accesible to Route 6. Come enjoy a Cape Cod Baseball League game, or spend the day with a round of golf at one of New Englands best "The Captains", or exploring the tidal pools at low tide with the kids, surfing or catching some stripped bass on the incoming tide. After a full day unwind at some first class restaurants along Route 6A, or grill up a fabulous meal in the private back yard. A queen and a full size bed in upstairs bedrooms and two sets of bunkbeds in downstairs bedrooms. Air conditioners are in each of the bedrooms in addition to a large a/c for the rest of the house. This non-smoking house is well appointed with all the luxuries you need. Explore Brewster's cute village or other nearby towns like Chatham, Orleans (Nauset Beach voted one of the top five beaches) or head up to Provincetown for a whale watch. This is our family get away that we are willing to rent to other responsible families.
