Beautiful and spacious custom home in Pinetop Country Club area offered as a Vacation Rental. Three bedrooms downstairs, large Loft/4th bedroom which also serves as a kids playroom upstairs with video game console, double bed, bunk beds (double), and a separate bathroom. This custom home was built in 2008 and has a very open floor plan. Downstairs is the family room and kitchen, wood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedrooms has a king bed, large TV and a bathroom with a double shower head and access to the back porch. Also downstairs are two additional bedrooms with a queen bed and a double bed and separate bathroom and bathtub. Upstairs is a 4th bedroom or kids paradise loft with double bunk beds, a double bed, video game console (X-Box) and separate bathroom with a shower. A large front porch, tire swing, and an extra large back porch with a BBQ and swings that look out over the backyard with a fire pit and trampoline. There is a laundry room and a large two car garage. The house is close to town with easy access to the national forest and sunrise ski resort. Renters will also have access to the near by Community Center which has a heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and other activities for the family. Use of the community center requires a separate minimal fee to be paid by the renter at the time of use.

This is an excellent property with very modern amenities. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The floor plan is very spacious and it was extremely comfortable. My kids loved the upstair/bedroom loft, I liked that is was so spacious and had its own bathroom and shower. The Kitchen and great room were extremely nice, the master was great (huge master shower with two shower heads), and we never used the additional two bedrooms downstairs. I liked the spacious backyard, my kids played in the snow there and it was great because I could stay inside while they played. Overall my experience was wonderful at this property and the owner was very easy to work with. I will definitely be coming back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

I rented this place with two other families. Each family has two kids between 5-7 plus two adults, a total of 12 people. All the kids loved sharing one gigantic bedroom together, and all the adults loved the comfort and convenience of everything in the house. We all had a great time here, everything worked out great, i can't say anything otherwise.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We hade a great time at the cabin. The bedrooms are far away from each other so everyone had some privacy. Great place to just relax and enjoy the cooler weather, too bad it was too dry to have an outdoor fire, but we enjoyed bering there immensly. Can't wait to rent it again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I took my mom (82) and sister for a weekend stay. The temperature in Phoenix was 112, high temperature in Pinetop was 79. aaaahhhh. We had a great time, the house was well furnished and clean, the beds comfortable. The neighbors were very friendly on our morning walks. Everything you could need was close by. The back deck was or favorite place, had morning coffee, fed the squirrels and blue jays while enjoying the gorgeous scenery. Would love to stay again any time. Thanks for you hospitality and for accommodating our special requests. It was lovely.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My fiance and I went to Pinetop for the weekend of President's Day to utilize the cabin and have a fun-filled skiing weekend. We arrived on Saturday and enjoyed a cozy meal together in front of the fireplace in the kitchen. On Sunday we hit up the ski resort which was only 20 minutes away. It was a great weekend for us. I really enjoyed being able to leave the Phoenix area for the weekend and be in the snow! The house is amazing and very spacious! The master bedroom and bathroom are superb. I personally enjoyed the use of the dual head shower to warm up after our day on the slopes! I would highly recommend this property for a couple's retreat, but it can also accommodate several guests such as a friend/family reunion weekend. Thanks for the great trip!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
