This 3500 square foot house was custom designed by an artist in a peaceful neighborhood yet minutes away from sports and ocean.
The lanaii covered swimming pool and patio allows for outdoor entertaining with a peek at the river traffic floating by.
Inside the contemporary furnishings are whimsical, comfortable and fun!
As you enter through the 10 foot high double doors your eyes are taken by the blast of color in the living room, then the blue pool and then the river behind.
When you move into the kitchen, the wide open spaces for cooking flow into the eating area with its gathering height seating for eight.
Also in this huge space is the entertainment area with lounging couch and 72 inch LED TV.
Outdoor living is one of the great things about Florida and dining al fresco at our large stone table for eight beside the pool is even greater!

Excellent & supportive comms direct with owner - very helpful from 3,000 miles away helping aid decision making. Slight hiccough re access but quickly sorted. House was immaculately presented & impressively furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & wished it was longer. The shuffleboard was a surprise hit with our 13 & 9 year olds. No hesitation in recommending River View House as we found it to be an excellent, quiet family home ideal as a vacation baseRecommended for: Families with young children.

The house was magnificient, even better than the photos. The owner and property manager were readily available and great to work with. We spent most of our time at the house relaxing by the pool. Tropical Storm Debby did not interfere with any of our time at the wonderful home. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and beautiful. We would definitely rent this home again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

My husband and our two children (5 yrs and 9 yrs) stayed at this beautiful home for a weekend and we practically never left the house. Upon arriving everything was so clean and ready for us to enjoy. We especially loved the pool and the very comfortable outdoor seating areas. The master bedroom and bath were so big and spacious, not to mention the two walk in closets. And because we knew this property was on a corner lot to a cove, we packed our children's bikes and scooters. They played and rode their toys in the cove without an worry regarding traffic. Lastly I have to mention the state of art Kitchen with everything a chef needs to make the best meal ever. I strongly recommend this home (which sleeps much more than my family of four), to anyone that needs comfort with beauty in a vacation home. Although we did not visit Club Med Sandpiper, it is in walking distance from this beautiful home. This Club Med location is wonderful kids all ages for sports and fun activities. Also they have a 18 holes golf course, a tennis academy, and a brand new spa.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed in this property in April. The highlights are really the great space, the cleanliness, and a fantasic back yard designed for relaxing, or entertaining. The kids never left the pool, and we did breakfast & lunch outside on the covered terrace. It's in a super safe area, with the Club Med sports resort around the corner ( we paid for a lunch/sports pass one day ). It felt like we stayed in our own resort comunity with a nice balance of comfort, space, and activities. You can't go wrong in this place. It is even better than the photos show!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.
