  This was my 4th visit to the Plantation. I really love this resort because it's very family friendly and filled with amenities not to mention it's beauty. The condo could really use some updating such as the living room furniture and carpet, however, the owner was helpful in answering questions and the transactions were very smooth and the price was great. If you decide to go to the outlet mall on a rainy day keep in mind that everyone else does too!! Lulu's restaurant is overrated--the food is definitely not worth the price. We really enjoyed going to the Wharf because the kids played laser tag and us ladies went to all the neat little shops there. I always look forward to going to The Plantation each year and wish I could go more often.

  Clean, very family friendly condo. Easy drive to Ft. Morgan where the Daulphin Island ferry is. Nice beach, found sand dollars and other shells. Pool is great and they have an indoor one for winter months. Plan to use again.

  The description was accurate & it was the most reasonably priced property during peak week. A complete home set-up is provided - we just provided groceries. The condo was clean and spacious. The owner had great communication throughout the entire transaction & quick to respond to any issue we had. The area is removed from all of the chaos & The Plantations are super family-friendly. The complex offers many options for different age groups. Love the Ft. Morgan area! Can't wait to go back - already planning our next trip!

  Overall the resort was very very nice. Although our condo was very clean there were some things that can be better. For example the shower curtain in the Master Bedroom was very tricky and the chairs on the balcony were not able to be used and were very large. Otherwise everything elase was perfect... Will definitely be coming back to resort!!!! :-)

  Owner response: Thank you for your comments. Update. Just have one day break from rental schedule so we took advantage of that to replace shower curtain to glass sliding doors. Two balcony chairs got fixed and two replacement chairs. We will do our best to provide our guests to have the best vacation while staying at our condo.

  My three friends and I LOVED this beach condo. It was the perfect place for a getaway. We were refreshed by this calm clean environment and were able to cook and hang out on the beach.

  We stay at this condo last weekend. The condo is just as the pictures show and the resort is fabulous. The beach area was private and not overrun with all tourists. I would definite recommend this unit to anyone.
