In a stunning location just a few metres above the sea there is Villa Lefkada with three villa's each located on 4,500 sqm. The style is modern, contemporary making the most of the light and views surrounding them. The views are incredible; every room of the villa' looking out to the same breathtaking vista, whilst the owners have made comfort a priority. Every room benefits from air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, with such an idyllic balcony to dine on, eating in will be a more than one off occurrence, despite the fact that the area boasts wonderful fish restaurants and taverns. The villa has a gorgeous swimming pool placed strategically in a 200 sqm terrace to benefit from the fantastic sea views, whilst still being private amongst the olive groves that surround the villas. Outdoor furniture is available. There is a wooden platform at the seacoast for exclusive use of Villa Lefkada to provide ultimate relaxation.
The island of Lefkada (Lefkas) is part of the Ionian Island group lying off the west coast of Greece. Lefkada is linked to the mainland by a causeway and the airport of Aktio (Preveza) on the mainland is about 25 kms from Lefkas Town. Our villas are located in an area of outstanding natural beauty where traditional life still prevails.
Lefkada combines thickly forested mountains, lush valleys and paradise beaches. From every corner of the island, you glimpse views that will stun you into silence. Despite all this, Lefkada for the most part, is not overly developed and attracts a more upmarket holidaymaker.

Whether you are sitting on the veranda, the terrace around the swimming pool, your bedroom or the living room, there are engulfing panoramic sea views. Every room has a sea views. Villa Marina is situated within 4,500 square metres of land, which ensures maximum privacy. There is a private swimming pool and, for sea bathers, there is direct access to the sea from the villa. The decoration is contemporary, light with original teak furniture. When entering the villa you arrive in a very spacious living room of 11 meter widths with separate living and dining area. There is an open fire and a sheltered veranda which runs along the full breadth of the living room. The open kitchen is fully equipped. There are to spacious double bedroom with large closets each with en suite bathrooms (bath/shower) and individual verandas with beautiful sea views. We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful villa tremendously. Awesome panorama, very quiet (except for noisy guests at the nearby villa Sophia), off the beaten path, nice interior. Very relaxing vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
