You'll see 'We Ain't Just Whistlin' Dixie', the second you walk into our villa and you experience that 'at home' feeling in our 1850-2000 square foot villa. You'll want to kick off your shoes and relax! It is perfect for one or two family living. The community is safely tucked between The Reserve and The Tradition golf course. We are located approximately 1/2 mile from Litchfield By the Sea Resort and less than a mile from the beach.
As our guest you will have access to one of the most pristine, white sand beaches in South Carolina, including restaurants, jogging trails, bike paths, and a gift shop.
When you return to the villa after a fun filled day in the sunny south, relax on the back screened in porch with your favorite drink, your family and friends while you smell the fresh ocean air.
Each bedroom has a king sized bed, cable T.V. and wireless internet. Two bedrooms share one adjoining bathroom while the other two bedrooms have their own.
If you decide to cook a gourmet meal or simply enjoy a snack, you will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The dining room comfortably sits 8 people with additional seating at the kitchen island.
The villa is perfect for family, beach lovers and golfers. If you are a golfer, you'll love the convenient locations of the many local golf courses including Caledonia, True Blue, Willbrook, Pawley’s Plantation, River Club, Heritage, Tradition, Litchfield Country Club, Founders Club and many more.
If you are looking for some night life, our condo is 30 minutes away from Myrtle Beach excitement. You can shop or dance the night away at Broadway at the Beach, take in a show at The Carolina Opry, IMAX or Legends. The water parks, miniature golf and Alligator Adventure are so much fun for the kids. You will help to create memories that will last a lifetime.
The seafood capital Murrel's Inlet is only 10 minutes away offering over 60 amazing restaurants, fishing, parasailing and crabbing. The quaint seaport of Georgetown is only 20 minutes away where you can tour a rice plantation and learn about South Carolina's rich history.
Don't forget about historical Charlestown which is a mere 65 mile drive. There you can tour the city in a horse and carriage ride and stroll through the outdoor market. Be sure to take the time for a delicious seafood dinner, you will not be disappointed!

What a lovely condo! We had the best vacation and it had a lot to do with this great place! So many options for our family because of proximity, we'll for sure go back! It was cozy, clean and so spacious!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

This is a very spacious, clean, well kept condo in Pawley's Island. Great location, near grcocery stores, restaurants, and golf courses. We have stayed in this condo a few times on golf trips and could not be more pleased. Owners are fantastic. About the owner: My husband Jerry has been vacationing in South Carolina for years. He told me he would like to retire here. I asked if I could see it before I committed to retiring here. He hoped I would love it. After one visit, what is there not to love? You have golf, the beach and really nice restaurants, come on and enjoy the fun!
