Discover the relaxation and rest you will experience in our new home in Rosemary Beach! Our house is located at 67 West Water Street, north of 30A, directly across the street from the Cabana Pool, baby pool and playground. Sit on the second floor porch and watch the activity without having to leave your house!
This new beach cottage was completed in June 2004! You will love the open living, dining and kitchen area on the first floor, which is perfect for hanging out and relaxing with the family. Tall ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the house make for a spacious feel.
Decorated with seagrass couches and big, plush arm chairs, the family room is a great place to kick back. A fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops allows you to whip up some wonderful beach cuisine; if you are not into cooking, Summer Kitchen Café, Wild Olives or Cowgirl Kitchen is just a stone’s throw away. It also is set up for internet access, for those of you who just have to check your email daily.
There are three bedrooms and a bunkroom in the house. On the main floor is a guest bedroom with queen bed and private marbled bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom with pine ceilings, king size bed and a huge marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a detached marble shower.
Two other guestrooms, one with a queen bed and private bath, and a bunkroom with 2 sets of twin beds and separate bath, are also upstairs. Both upstairs bedrooms have private porches to take in the pool, small playground and Rosemary ambiance.
There is even a pack-n-play there for those little tiny ones who need a space of their own (fits in the laundry room or closet). All the bedrooms are equipped with TV’s, and the master has a built in speaker system. There is a full sized laundry room on the second floor, as well as an outdoor shower, equipped with hot and cold water and an outdoor charcoal grill.
Rosemary Beach was designed by the same town planners who designed Seaside 20 years ago. It is set high upon the dunes overlooking the white sands and crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
It is a pedestrian friendly, close-knit community, with the whole town on a five minute walking scale. The location of our house is perfect to access any of the shops, restaurants and the beach. Just plan on parking your car and leaving it until it’s time to pack up.
There are four pools, one covered and two heated, and two playgrounds are all just steps away. Just take a boardwalk and head on a five minute walk to the beach. There is even a fitness and tennis center, just in case the walks on the beach aren’t enough.
So come and sit on one of the front porch, grab a drink, and take yourself to a place you will want to call “your home away from home."
