  We have had a Disneyland annual pass for the past year and decided this time to get out of the hussle and bustle of Disneyland and stay close to the beach. With a family of 5 it's hard to find hotel rooms to accommodate us. This was an excellent choice!! The condo was clean, Ross is extremely friendly, and it is literally 5 minute walk from the beach. I couldn't believe how friendly everyone was. Every time I walked outside people were saying hi. The condo is spacious, the beds were comfortable and it was nice to have some space from the kids when we were in it. If only took 20-25 minutes to get to Disneyland. Of course we never left during rush hour. The drive wasn't bad at all. The kids didn't complain once haha You can't beat the price of this condo either!! I was extremely pleased with our stay and would stay there again anytime!

  Thanks for sharing your vacation house. My family is used to renting houses when we go on vacation. We've been to many places but yours was one of the neatest & most complete with kitchen supplies. Our stay was short so we didn't cook but it was nice to see they were available if we needed them. It wasn't warm enough to enjoy the beach but we'll be back next summer! Also thanks for the great tasting wine!!!

  Our party included 4 adults & 2 kids x 1 week of summer beach fun. The rental unit was just as described/pictured: clean, comfy, nice couches that reclined, freshly painted interior and nice bedroom/living room/kitchen furniture & fixtures, easy to use flat screen, adequately stocked kitchen, washer/drier, and easy access coded entry so everyone could get in and out w/out a key! The additional access to the unit through the garage/pool room was fantastic. We came and went daily w/out having to drag our beach gear through the house and had a place to stow away our car top carrier. Overall this was a great, relatively inexpensive rental for our family. The weather was much warmer in august than we had anticipated! Ross was very accommodating and provided a tower fan for the living room, which helped tremendously. I would have given the rental 5 starts but the pool table was a bit disappointing for the adults b/c the bumpers were dead... but the tweeners had fun playing pool regardless. As for the area: Shopping was very convenient; Big 5, Costco, Ralph's, the harbor to name just a few places. The location was safe, tucked in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to multiple freeways. As for the beaches: We found the San Clemente too crowded and the beaches w/in walking distance were too rocky; but Crystal Cove was just right! ...so, we found ourselves traveling by PCH daily to Crystal Cove. It's not a bad drive and we love Laguna, which is along the drive... the food, the art, the shopping! :)

  This was the perfect vacation house for our family. The house was clean and well stocked and we all loved the pool table. We were spending time at Disneyland and Sea World so the location was perfect. I have been telling everyone I know about this steal.

  We spent 1 week in Dana Point and we had great time. It is perfect place if you want to visit south part of California. We went to Disneyland, Sea World, Laguna Beach, Universal Studio. We also took trip to watch whales. The apartment itself was comfortable, in a nice neighborhood, there is everything you would need for your stay. The only minus - there is no air condition, which was needed with over 90 F outside. Overall we were satisfied with this place.

  Beautiful home, although had to get used to the no a/c part of it since we are used to a/c in Vegas. But all in all the owner was great, THANK YOU!!! Mr. Ross had pop tarts for my children n wine for us all set up nice. very close to the beach. washer and dryer came in handy Big time. Very quiet neighborhood, very.

  My family, which consists of 2 children under 8, had a very pleasant week long vacation in the Dana Point area. This condo is located in a quiet neighborhood above the beach. I would say it is walking distance from the beach, but I would suggest you drive if you are toting all your gear. Parking is only $1/hr there, so it's worth the less than 5 min drive. As for the condo itself, it was great for us and the price is hard to beat. My kids loved playing pool and I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer. My husbands only gripe was that the condo only had ceiling fans (he tends to run hot), I told him that places close to ocean do not have A/C. The condo did stay a bit on the warm side so we had to run the fans the whole time. Locally, there is a Trader Joe's fairly close and a Costco in the area too. Dana Harbor was a nice side trip, there are tide pool at Doheny Beach and we did travel south to Legoland which was closer than we thought. So if you are planning trips anywhere from Disneyland to SeaWorld, this condo is smack in the middle! All and all, a nice place to stay and we had a lovely week away from our daily life. :)

  We really enjoyed your place & my daughters like it so much better than the other place we went to afterwards. We were there mostly for surfing competitions but there were lots of other activities to do in the area. My daughters liked pool table most of all and the candy! Thanks again for your hospitality.

  This property was exactly as the listing stated and the photos reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. We had two families and the accommodations were perfect. The rental was clean and well-maintained and had everything we needed for a week away from home. The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a very short walk to the beach! There's also a beautiful park in the neighborhood with fantastic ocean views. Property has a great location! Close to grocery stores, restaurants, highways, and shopping! The owner was very helpful and communicative in answering our questions and addressing any concerns. I would recommend this property and we're looking forward to staying there again!

In Summer we normally rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Otherwise at least either your Check-in or Check-out date should still be on Saturday.

Payment Methods: We accept Credit Cards, Electronic Checks, Personal Checks and Paypal. Our preferred payment method is e-Check, its fast, secure and free.

For parties of more than 4, we charge an extra $10/night/person.
