  This condo was so cute and in such a great location for any family! It is not located on the "cruising" scene of PCB but within minutes of all the beach attractions. We had problems with the smoke smell, but Jennifers husband came right away sprayed and we had no other problems! Thank you guys for making us feel at home and taking care of our needs! If we come back to PCB we will for sure be staying here!! Thanks again! ~ Cox Family

  Owner response: Thank you for letting us know the issues that seem to be lingering within this condo. We have plans now to have the air ducts cleaned and will be spraying odor bond between guests. Hopefully we will have this resolved between the next guest. I will post updates here.

  We loved this condo!!!! We will definitely stay here again, and recommend this condo to others as well! Loved the colors and decor that this condo had..gave it that real beachy feel!!! Thanks for a wonderful beach vacation!!!!

  This note is to follow up from a negative review we had received about the refrigerator. It was replaced with a brand new one on May 10, 2012. We hope you will try us again. Also, the odor barrier worked as we have had no more complaints of the smoke smell. Thanks again for letting us know about these items.

  Just want to say thanks so much Jennifer for the great stay. I just love this place and you have it decorated so bright but yet so cozy! The views to the beach and pool was great, Perfect for family wanting to get away to a quiet place, Everything you need is there and its a great location to grocery, and entertainment, Thanks again Jennifer for a memory we will forever cherish! We will return!:)

  The condo has been smoked in for a long period of time that the walls and mattress smell of smoke. The refrigerator is about to give out. If it wasn't for Jennifer and her husband going above and beyond our stay would have been ruined. The grounds outside are loaded with fleas too. This is a very cute condo and will be great once issues are resolved. We did enjoy our stay but can't stay in this condo again til smoke is gone. The price is great and worth it when all issues are fixed.

  Owner response: Regarding the smoke smell left from a long term tenant, we have had the unit fogged, and will now take the extra step to treat with Odor Bond which should remove the last traces. This was completed the weekend of April 16th, 2012. There is no smoke smell remaining. The refrigerator is cooling - but we are standing by with a replacement if needed. The porches of this condo have been treated for fleas, and the association has been notified of the common grounds that need to be addressed. Thank you for drawing all this to our attention and we will be monitoring closely!

  Had a great time at this condo. We got a very reasonable rate. Very quick e-mail response from owner. Condo was great and is right across the street from beach. People there were super nice. Met a few neighbors. Do take your own beach chairs (they are too expensive to buy there). Would definately rent this place again. Condo was clean and refreshing. Be sure to check out the mirror maze at Pier Park if you have kids; it's worth the money. Me and my daughter (10 yrs) went and loved it. Just don't let go of the hand. It was excitingly funny and freaky. Be sure to go to restroom before you go in...lol. Also, go to St. Andrews Bay state Park. Don't wait til the last day. If you think PCB is gorgeous, you haven't seen anything. Wish we had done the Shell Island shuttle. Be sure to walk a pier too. The one downfall of going to PCB is leaving it. :( I will be back!!!
