Enjoy your stay on beautiful LBI in our luxurious 7000 sq. ft. second home. It’s not a vacation rental. It’s our second home, therefore you will find all the little things that make a house a home from puzzles and games for rainy days to my fully stocked kitchen including, Keurig coffee machine, bread maker, Kitchen Aide mixer, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, toaster oven, two toasters, full size refrigerator w/ice maker, wine refrigerator, beer refrigerator, and soda refrigerator.
The 3rd floor also boasts a magnificent great room with a wall of sliding glass doors that over look the ocean. Watch the waves break on the shore as you dine on the glass top, granite dining table comfortably seating 10 or at the breakfast bar seating an additional 2 guests. There is also bar seating for 7 from the kitchen island containing a 5-burner ceramic cook top, sink and ice-making machine. You can wash dishes while gazing at the ocean from one of the wrap around kitchen windows. Watch the 60” HD TV from the sectional sofa that pulls out to a full size sleeper. Feel like a Captain as you look down on everyone from the office loft complete with trundle bed.
Turn the corner and close the glass doors to the master bedroom complete with whirlpool bathtub and a granite, glass block shower with 6 shower heads including a rain head. Walk out the sliding doors to sit poolside at the bar over looking the moon glowing on the ocean.
Enjoy the large screen TV from the 2nd floor living room while having a cocktail at the wet bar. This level has four guest rooms all with TV’s and outdoor decks. There is a mini master bedroom with a large roofed deck, perfect for watching the rain or the dog play in the fenced in backyard. It has a full size bed along with a bathroom fit for a king containing a blue glass bowl sink and a glass block standing shower.
Bedroom two has a private bathroom with a tub and a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed. Bedroom 4 has a King size bed. All of the bedrooms lead out to one of the many decks.
Walk down the breezeway to the private Pool Table Room with bathroom and full size bed, located beneath the swimming pool. While you're there you can enjoy TV or the stair stepping machine. Walk out one of the wrap around sliding glass doors onto the deck with the beach being only steps away. Returning from the beach, wash the sand off using the private out door double shower and bathroom.
Take the elevator or the outdoor spiral staircase to the roof and soak in the hot tub complete with roof top bathroom. Layout while you're up there and enjoy 360 degree views of beautiful Barnegat Bay, Old Barney Lighthouse and the Atlantic Ocean.

Long Beach Island is easily accessible from our home. We choose the north side of the island because it is more exclusive and not as crowded as the south side of the island. This Double Ocean Front lot was the perfect location to build our dream home.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
I enjoy waking up and having my morning coffee out on the deck watching the waves break on the shore. Even though the beach is only steps away, I love sitting by my 3rd floor pool and watching my kids playing on the beach. Long walks with the dogs as the sun sets is also another one of my favorite things to do. The house comes with 6 beach tags.
