Our home is in a 'family' orientated neighborhood. The Islands give you the feeling of being on a tropical island. The refreshing pool with fruit trees and palm trees creates the perfect outdoor oasis. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a wonderful place for entertaining large groups of people or just a romantic dinner for two by the fireplace.
The master bedroom has a 32' tv with a newly remodeled bathroom and jetted tub to soak your tired feet after a fun packed day in sunny Arizona.
Enjoy a morning walk to the water and take in the paddle boats, fisherman, ducks, swans, palm trees, and serenity of the beautiful blue water.
During the Christmas holidays 'the islands' go over the top with their christmas lights and festivities. Also during the winter months you can buy fresh produce at the 'farmers market' which is held weekly in 'the islands'.
You will want to book a yearly vacation with friends, family, girls weekend, boys golfing retreat, reunions, concerts, sporting events, day trips to Tuscon, Sedona, Flagstaff or whatever else draws you to the beautiful state of Arizona.
The city of Gilbert has many awesome restaurants, bars, golfing, shopping, casinos, hiking, walking paths, museums, theaters, medical facilities, close to freeways, minutes away from Mesa/Phoenix Gateway and Phoenix Sky Harbor airports.
We truly found a 'diamond in the rough' when we bought this home. There is no better location then Gilbert Arizona. It is rated one of the safest city within the greater Phoenix area.

My brother got married so my family rented this awesome house. There is a busy road behind the wall but it is really not noticeable when you are having fun. The property is awesome and the house was amazing. I would not hesitate to stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Our family is spread across the country from San Francisco to Chicago to Philadelphia to New Mexico to San Diego and so we all agreed Phoenix was the perfect place for our 2013 Family Reunion! It can be tricky finding a reasonable rental during Spring Training season and this place was a great price! This house was the perfect amount of space for our group of about 10 people and the owners were so accommodating! The house is spacious and gorgeous with a perfect kitchen and pool for family to gather around. We had a blast! Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners.

We rented this house for our family reunion and we could not have been happier. Location wise, the house is in a quiet community very close to amenities and the freeway. The house itself was amazing and more than we could have hoped for. We would definitely rent again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners.

This house was everything we could have asked for and more!!! We had family meeting from San Diego, CA; New Mexico NM; Seattle, WA; San Francisco, CA; Philadelphia, PA; and Chicago, IL. With a 9 month old baby we were able to have a crib and everything was perfect. We were able to spend a day out by the pool and relax. Your home is beautiful. We had a great time in your home. The only down fall for us was the weather we wished it would'be veen a bit warmer so we would've enjoyed the pool more.
