We had such a great week of vaction in this home. It has everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and very "homelike". The house is clean, beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the views from the back porches are "amazing'! The location is great. Not a far ride or walk to the beach area, and convenient to all the attractions on the Island. We have been coming to Kiawah Island for the past 11 years, and this is by far one of our favorite homes. The friends who joined us were also very impressed. Thank you for sharing your Kiawah home with us. Oh--also, Judy and Rosemary were very easy to reach to make the necessary arrangements and answer any questions. What a great vacation experience. Again, Thank you.

We have been vacationing in Kiawah for many years, and this was the best house we have ever stayed in. Great location, beautiful views, and very comfortable accommodations. The kids had space to spread out and play games together, and plenty of seating for meals with extended family. Enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

My Mom and I rented this place for one week and enjoyed every minute! Very comfortable, light, and airy. 5 minute bike ride to the beach, and lots of wildlife to watch.

My husband, I and my girlfriend had the honor of staying here this New Years. The house was spacious and well kept. We loved eating breakfast while watching the blue heron in the pond. Tom, the care taker was wonderful and stopped by with his blood hound to check in with us. The island was convenient to Charleston, while giving us the peace of the country. The alligators were a little scary. Wayne is like talking to a friend. We hope to come back here for vacation again.

We've been to Kiawah a dozen times and this was the nicest, best equipped, and well maintained home we have ever rented. Beautiful location. Very comfortable, bright home. Great view;a great screened-in porch; nice to have breakfast, watch the birds, and the golfers. We hope to visit this property again. Owners were very nice to do business with.

We spent 3 wonderful weeks Jan. and Feb., 2006, in this clean, inviting and spacious home and loved it. Watched the birds, the golfers, visited with neighbors, and walked the lovely beach. The view of the golf course is a delight and makes January seem like summer with all the green grass and the palm trees. Toured Charleston frequently and found plenty to do. Loved it so much we are planning to return. Of all the places we have gone in January and February, this was by far our favorite! Judy

We had the pleasure of staying the week of July 16, 2005. We were more than pleased with the accomidations. We found it clean, bright and spacious. The breakfast on the screened in porch was a perfect way to start the day. The location was great and we enjoyed the short bike ride to the beach. We plan on returning in the near future.

We stayed at this property this month and was very delighted with the cleanliness, location and well equipped house. It was very relaxing watching the birds off the screened porch at feeders and the occasional golfers on the courses. I took in some reading from some of the books provided in their library. Each one of my girls had their own bedrooms with generous space. We hope to return again soon.

My daughter and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Summer Tanager. I am a fellow property owner and I rented my home the week my daughter wanted to catch up with friends. Most importantly, the house was sparkling clean! We also enjoyed watching the golfers tee off! The screened in porch is practically on the tee and the view from the entire back of the house is amazing! We will definitely return! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending three glorious weeks in May on Kiawah Island and we couldn't have been more pleased with the island and this very comfortable home. Long walks at the beach, cycling, swimming, exploring and quiet evenings on the deck overlooking the golf course, birds, deer, alligators and even bobcats. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful island and lovely home....Al and Sandra Noble

Unlike many rental houses this was a home where the whole family could be comfortable: where kids could play both inside and out and adults could enjoy looking down two wide fairways at the majestic colors of a South Carolina sunset. The miles of beaches just a short walk away, tennis, golf, and wonderful restaurants made our time there fly. This house on a quiet cul de sac was the perfect mixture of friendly neighbors and treasured privacy. Well equipped, clean with obvious pride of ownership this home is a perfect place to spend a family vacation at almost anytime of the year. Just not at the same time we plan on going please!!

We've had several memorable vacations at this charming, clean and well kept property. Even a 70 degree walk on the beach, January 1,2000! Not enough space to mention all the enjoyable features of this home. The gated community is private, quiet and relaxing with a safe and secure atmosphere. Spectacular sunsets, birds, wildlife, miles of clean beach and it's convenient location near Charleston, make it the greatest place for family fun.

Kiawah is an exceptionally beautiful location - private, pristine and no lack of things to do. The home served our family's needs perfectly, with lots of space for the kids, beautiful golf course view (especially at sunset) and easy access to beach and other amenities. The kids loved the "Nature Center" and Dad found all the challenging golf courses he could handle. Everyone enjoyed the cycling and thanks to the owner's referrals, we were able to get rentals quickly and easily. We hope to be back and recommend this immaculate home to anyone looking for a relaxing, no hassle holiday. As you walk along those beautiful white sandy beaches where sea turtles nest, you can't help but subscribe to Kiawah's wonderful philosophy, "take only pictures, leave only footprints". Thank you! Having spent two vacations in this beautiful home . I consider these to be the best vacations we have ever had. It is so nice to go to a place where there is beauty, privacy, and lots to do. I just loved the bike trails and the beautiful beach which is( close enough). This home is very clean, bright, and has the most breathtaking view while sitting on the screened porch at the back. It is on a court which is great for children to play or ride their bikes safely. My dream is to be able to return one day. Violet Mizzoni
