  I stayed for a long September weekend with 2 friends and we loved the place. We had bikes with us, which you can ride on the boardwalk after season. Being 1 block off the boardwalk was great for that. We had friends staying uptown and on the bay, but they came to our location to go to the beach because it was so convenient. We found the place charming and were surprised to see that so many things were left behind (dish soap, seasonings, coffee filters, etc...) that we left some things too. The owners were great to deal with and let us check out late on Sunday. We would definitely go back! Thank you Nancye

  Our week long stay was excellent. Really appreciated the updates and decorations in the townhouse. Especially liked the 50" flat pannel TV to watch the Olympics. Enjoyed location being close to boardwalk and Fish Tales.

  This was an amazing place to stay and for such an affordable rate. So close to the beach and end of boardwalk with so many wonderful and kid-friendly places to eat within walking distance. The pictures do not do it justice!!! It was much more spacious than seen in photos with all of the amenities needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and the window units kept the place very cool while blocking much of the outside noise out, as well as any noise coming from other rooms in the house. We are hoping to book this same rental again for our family next year. 6 adults, 3 kids and 1 baby in a pack n play slept, ate and played very comfortably!! The outside shower in the carport was also a plus!

  As with the other reviews everything was exactly as stated. There were a total of 9 people and fit comfortably. We never moved the vehicles, restaurants, boardwalk, market, beach etc... were all within walking distance. We had 2 vehicles, one small and a 4 door F250 which did fit into parking area. The owner was very pleasant to work with and would defintely like to rent this place again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

  Condo was as expected. I traveled with my mother and two teenage girls. Short walk to beach and condo is a block from the start of the board walk, and from Jolly Roger water park (This was convenient for the girls to get to the park early; walk home for lunch and return to the park). Condo was very spacious; two floors - bedrooms and one bath on second floor. Master bedroom was large with small couch; other two rooms fair size. The kitchen was well stocked with enough utensils and plates. All rooms had TV's with nice large flat screen in living room. Living room and dining room large for the 5 of us to sit and not feel crowded. Parking is under the condo, was fine for our car, not sure for a large SUV. I have vacationed in OC for 20 years and stayed in all kinds of places. This place was an excellent value that I would recommend to friends. Transactions and communication with owners was excellent. Thank you!

  Let me first start by saying that from the moment I contacted the owners, the rental process was simple and flawless. What wonderful people to work with! My husband, daughter and I rented this property for Memorial day weekend and as soon as we pulled up to the property- we knew it was going to be a fantastic stay. Private parking was wonderful and you are literally steps from the beach and boardwalk. The area was not too busy, which was great - as some of the other areas of town were quite hectic and noisy. We also walked to Jolly Rogers, Phillips and Fish Tales - everything seemed like it was in a 5 block radius. Perfect location! Back to the house though- three floors, two balconies, every single nook in this house is beautifully decorated, more spacious than the pictures make it seem, very comfortable beds, nice, new appliances- just absolutely wonderful. There is honestly not a bad thing to say about this place. We look forward to renting it again in the near future!
