Monarch Beach is a beautiful and pristine get-a-way, and known as one of Southern California’s most beautiful beaches. Our absolutely gorgeous beach condo is on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway (PCH), perched atop a beautiful bluff, overlooking the ocean, just steps away from the beautiful white sand Strand Beach.
Strand/Salt Creek Beaches are shared by the world class Ritz Carlton Hotel which is located just a ¼ mile stroll up the beach.
“Ocean Palms” is our personal getaway at Niguel Beach Terrace. We have completely remodeled and upgraded it to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, is close to the pool (heated 365 days a year) and Jacuzzi, and is in the front of the complex which allows for easy access to the beach. Parking is also convenient and close. The condo is on the second story, and has a warm, bright feel.
The master suite has a queen bed and an office desk, and the second bedroom has 2 full beds. The living room has 2 leather couches, each convertible into full beds. The condo can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The kitchen includes new cabinets, very exotic and exquisite granite, with stainless steel appliances. We have a formal and extendable dining table that seats 6 plus counter space with bar stools to accommodate 2 more. There is wood flooring through out and two beautifully remodeled bathrooms with granite and stone work.
We have two HD flat screen TV’s, Cable Service, Wireless Broadband Internet, and Local Phone Service. Both bathrooms are completely remodeled, and include multi-jet and over-head shower systems. We have a complete kitchen, including large refrigerator with water and ice, induction top range, microwave, and quiet dishwasher. All silverware, dishes, pots and pans are also at your disposal. You will have fresh linens, bath towels, and an initial set of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We also have a washer/dryer for your use. The condo features two separate attached patio’s, a BBQ for your grilling pleasure, and a number of beach items such as chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and an ice chest so you don’t have to pack as much!
There are multiple ways to get down to the beach. There are three separate staircases, and even a funicular rail system provided by the city that is operational in the summer to take you and your beach toys to the shore.
There is so much to do in this area that a week or two make an ideal stay. This is an incredible opportunity to vacation in on one of the best beaches in Southern California at a 5 star condo for a great price. We truly believe your stay here will leave you wanting to come back!
The coastal community of Monarch Beach is situated between Dana Point and Laguna Beach, California. This upscale waterfront community is a beautiful resort style suburb of Dana Point, which boasts incredible sunsets, and two beautiful hotels, the Ritz Carlton and St. Regis which offer world-class amenities and service. The top rated golf course Monarch Beach Golf Course is considered one of the best in Southern California. Right next to the Ritz Carlton you will find Salt Creek Beach which is a favorite among surfers. There are many beaches that provide visitors and residents alike with a true beach community living. Monarch Beach is just minutes from downtown Dana Point and Laguna Beach where there are many top rated restaurants and shops. The homes in Monarch Beach are among the best. Dana Point Harbor is just down the road and offers a wave-free beach for small children, boat tours, paddle boarding and a beautiful harbor with restaurants and walkways.

The condo was great and close to our kids in Laguna Beach. Our granddaughters stayed with us for 2 nights and had a great time. The owners were great and were accommodating to our needs. When we come back to the area, we will sure to rent this condo (hoping it's available).Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

This is a very nicely furnished condo with lots of amenities to make your stay easy. It is situated in the center of the condo complex and the view was of at least ten other condo doors. The beach is down a sidewalk, across the street and parking lot and down quite a few steps, so it's good exercise to get to the short sandy beach. We loved the condo. Two BR, 2 bathroom, 2 balconies, creates more than adequete space to feel at home while on vacation. Modern design, very comfortable and well provisioned. Location is great with a park overlooking a beach at the Ocean just a one or two minute walk from your front door. Unbeatable scenery suitably enjoyed by taking advantage of the many available paths and viewpoints. How many other beaches do you want to visit? That's entirely up to you as there are many within a twenty minute drive. Debbie is a joy to work with, and responsive through the entire rental experience, My problem is, how soon can we get back there?Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Dana Point! The condo is as nice as it looks in the pictures, and the owner has thought of all of the amenities to go with the beautiful accommodations. My husband and three children, ages 13, 11, and 8 stayed at this condo for a week. We had such a great vacation. The condo is beautiful and well-furnished with everything you would need for a beach vacation. I can't even count how many times my kids asked if we could move and live in Dana Point. The weather was beautiful. The beach was just a cross the street from the condo complex. Laguna Beach was just a short drive up the coast. Grocery stores were close by. We would definitely love to come back and stay in this rental.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This rental fit all of our needs and then some. I came to California on vacation with my two teeange sons. Debbie was very helpful in arranging our stay. She was easily accessable both by email and phone. The online photo's of the property are very accurate. The condo is extremely clean and thoughtfully decorated in a contempoary style. Very comfortable beds, a queen in one room and two doubles in the other. We were able to cook meals and wash/dry clothes while enjoying the condo's many amenities: comfortable seating, TV, stereo system, new kitchen, stainless steel grill, and outdoor dining table and chairs. Additionally, the owners have stocked an outdoor closet with 4 new boogie boards, four new beach chairs, a cooler, and beach toys (paddle ball, football, bucket and shovel). A pool and hot tub are footsteps away, and there is a beautiful sprawling beach just across the street. All in all, a fantastic rental and great vacation spot. Five stars!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.
