This is a fantastic property. We absolutely loved our stay. They did a marvelous job with the remodeling. We absolutely loved the pool and the view of the River and Bay. Property is very clean and well-maintained plus the owners are a delight to work with. Thanks again Jim and Cheryl.Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Location, Location, Location! This location is better than the beach. We had a fantastic view in a quiet neighborhood; a great pool and spa; and a beautiful home with privacy. We took a short drive to the beach for our morning walks and spent most of our days just lounging around the pool enjoying the great outdoors. The house is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants, so every evening we selected a specialty restaurant for dinner. We've already recommended it to our friends and family. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: We love this house and everything about it.It is truly a mini resort! We have 3 teenagers in Indiana so can't use the home enough at this time, so we would like for you to enjoy it. We love wining and dining and enjoying our new pool and hot tub. World class fishing is right out our back door and the other amenities in the area are fabulous!
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We just love everything about Bonita. We are so close to the beach. So close to great restaurants and shopping. And of course the Beach and Gulf of Mexico. We are Boaters and look forward to having our own boat right out the back door one day.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
This house almost has too many amenities to list. Number one...just about everything is updated and new in 2012. A really nice thing is that if you have trouble with stairs, there is no more than one or two steps up or down anywhere. Really perfect if you have sore knees, hips, or feet. The swim up table and chairs in the pool overlooking the river and fabulous. Then...jump in the hot tub of head out on your boat parked at the back dock. No boat? Just throw in a fishing line and see if you can catch a great fish for the grill. Most important...ENJOY!!
