The Alvar Retreat is the only four bedroom, three and a half bath condominium on Kelleys Island. We are located in the Quarry Condo Complex adjacent to downtown restaurants and shopping.
Our condo has a queen size bed in the downstairs master bedroom, another queen in the upstairs master, a third bedroom with a full and two twin beds in the fourth bedroom. Bed linens are provided. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and small appliances. The deck is furnished with table, chairs and umbrella. This downtown lodging complex includes the nicest pool on Kelleys Island. Please take the time to check out our accommodations!

Had a wonderful time staying in this Kelley's Island condo. Our family usually camps in the campground on Kelleys and this was our first experience with a rental on the island. We felt as if we were staying at the home of a friend instead of a sterile rental property. The kitchen as well equipped the beds comfortable and all linens were provided. We loved the proximity to town and yet access to the beautiful surroundings of the quarry. Our son went fishing every day and caught MANY fish. The pool was nice as well. The walking distance to town was wonderful with busy teenagers. We look forward to possibly returning again and would definitely recommend to our friends and family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
