We love the tranquil, peaceful views of this townhouse, combined with an incredible location---walking distance to restaurants, shops and an emergency medical facility, a quaint and quiet boat-dock community, tax-free shopping and a laid-back atmosphere. There is fishing, crabbing, kayaking and a community pool onsite, the beach and state parks are but a bike ride down the road, there is outlet shopping, offshore fishing, parasailing, a famous boardwalk and much more a short drive away. Without going anywhere we love sitting on one of the two decks and watching wildlife on the pond and creek, in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening relaxing with a cocktail. Absolutely peaceful, beautiful water and nature views, perfect location and wonderfully decorated. I will definitely be backRecommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Dell's great work as a general contractor is so apparent in the loving touches he has added to almost every room in this house,,,,from the crown moldings to the tile work, the custom painting and more. Jan has enjoyed decorating as a balance to the stressful work of being a nurse....we have loved this house, fixing it up and being so close to the beach, and we hope that all who stay in it go away feeling as refreshed, rejuvenated and renewed as we do . We like to bring our Golden Retrievers up and take them for early morning walks in the 'hood.'
