Beautifully landscaped, recently redecorated private 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom home ideal for one or two families. House has two master bedrooms, a 50-foot heated pool and attached hot tub perfect for relaxing or swimming laps. Short drive to ocean beaches and walk to bay beach. Located near Shinnecock golf course. Wifi is available and wireless speaker system runs through kitchen and living room, perfect for entertaining.
Upstairs has master bedroom (king bed) with attached bath and indoor jacuzzi. Two other bedrooms (both queen) with a second bathroom. Upstairs is a media room with 50-inch projection TV, surround sound and DVD player. Also upstairs is a reading alcove. Fantastic lighting and extremely comfortable couches, library with a variety of books and board games.
The ground floor has an eat-in kitchen with seating for 7 with a dishwasher, stove range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans and many kitchen utensils. A dining room for six, living room and master bedroom. The master has a king-sized bed, attached bathroom with indoor jacuzzi. A powder room and full washer-dryer are also on the main floor. The living room opens out onto a large mahogany deck with furniture perfect for lunching or relaxing on a summer day. Outside is a 50-foot heated pool and attached hot tub, a dining table by the pool that seats 8-10 and deck chairs.
The finished basement has a full bathroom and bedroom with a queen sized bed. A large TV, stereo and wet bar, as well as direct access to the pool and hot tub are in the recreation room downstairs. The basement is attached to the garage with three bikes available for use.

About the owner: We are a family of four with two kids in their 20s. We love the house and it's perfect for everyone to invite friends and make great summer memories.
Why the Owner Chose Southampton:
The house is an easy drive from NYC that can take as little as 1.5 hours. Southampton is a great town with cute restaurants and shopping, and there are many bars/restaurants nearby on the water for summer dining. The house and setting are peaceful and quiet, we love to go for a swim or it's a quick drive to the beach. Also great for bike riding and golfing.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love the easy commute. The pool and hot tub in particular are great as is the large outdoor deck. It's easy to get around the area and explore the many things to do in Southampton.
