Nestled among the Oaks and Palms the property has a great view of the lagoon. The Boardwalk is only a short stroll away with Oceanfront Pools and Dining.
The home has tasteful decor, comfortable seating and high ceilings. Beadboard Walls, rich warm wood floors and an open floor plan make this home a great vacation spot for family memories. Large bedrooms, renovated bathrooms, upgraded linens and furnishings.
First Floor : houses three bedrooms including the master suite. The master suite has a King bed, guest room 1 has Queen bedding and guest room 2 offers Twin Twin bedding. The renovated kitchen opens into the dining area with seating for 8. The bar area seats 4. A wonderful Screen porch is accessed by the kitchen, dining and master bedroom. Sitting area and extra outdoor dining are just perfect for the family gatherings.
Second Floor: finishes out the sleeping quarters with two large bedrooms and a spacious shared bath. Guest room 3 offers queen bedding and Twin Twin bedding in guest room 4.
Access to the Grand Pavilion Pools provided. Short walk to the beach on dedicated beach path. Come make a lifetime of memories.
