Beautiful location! Ranch style Hyannis home w/private deeded beach access rights on Nantucket Sound. The house is on a very quiet street and the walk to the beach is less than 4 minutes!
This 2,000 sq. ft. home has been recently purchased and painted. It is clean and sunny. It would be ideal for 1 or 2 families to enjoy because it has 4 roomy bedrooms, 2 large full baths, and 2 half baths with an outdoor shower. It is not a party house. The house sleeps 8 but we are limited by the town to only allow a maximum of 6 adults (over age 16).
The house has a fireplaced, sunny living room, a small dining room, a sunroom/family room, and a galley style kitchen with eating area. The living room has a tv with cable. The house also has wireless internet access and a desktop computer. The house is air conditioned with window units.
The kitchen is fully applianced – microwave, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer & dryer, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware.
The very sunny family room has a sliding door to a wooden deck. The deck has a new gas grill, patio table, and chairs for relaxing. The house has quite a large yard, with room in the back and on the side for bocce, croquet, etc. The bocce set is included! It is a very peaceful setting with lots of space between neighbors and almost no traffic. It is very safe for children.
The best feature of this house is its location! It has a private deeded beach on Nantucket Sound. The beach is less than .2 miles away and is under a 4 minute stroll. The beach is beautiful, with clean, white sand, clear ocean water, and gorgeous views. You can walk all the way to Kalmus Beach from our beach or in the other direction to Hyannis Port.
The Hyannis Harbor, with cute restaurants and the ferries, is a short walk (~ 1/2 mile). Main Street Hyannis is also only a mile away. No need to get in a car for this vacation – just bring your walking shoes, and/or bikes, and you’ll be all set!

This house has what you need to have a great stay. Location is perfect to beach and downtown. Recommend to everyone!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+.

We chose this location in Hyannis because it is very close to a private Nantucket Sound beach, and also close to Main Street Hyannis, and the ferries. We wanted to be able to walk and bike everywhere, and this house is perfect for that! We also like its location on a very quiet street with no traffic.
