This is one of the best kept secrets on the beach in Delaware!
The condominium is nestled in the middle of Delaware State Seashore Park. The wide sandy beach is in its natural setting and allows for families and friends to relax in a truely 'Quiet Beach' setting.
The beach, pool and parking are for residents and guests only and therefore never crowded. There is shopping and a variety of great restaurants nearby. But our personal best is dining on our private balcony here, overlooking the ocean.
Sunrise or moonrise, it is an unbelievable location for both!
Time spent here is the best medicine for my soul- a place of peace and comfort.

Why the Owner Chose Fenwick Island:
We have owned a 1 bedroom unit since 2003 and have been looking for a 2 bedroom unit to open up in the building. We were so excited to purchase this 2 bedroom unit this spring. It has been fun getting it ready for the rental season! We hope you enjoy the new furnishings. We love it at Fenwick Towers and hope you do too!
