Lagoon Tower #1202 is a beautiful luxury condo in Gulf Shores. Spacious living area with amazing Lagoon and Gulf views. Located across the street from the beach in a quite area on West Beach with deeded beach access and a pool, pier and boat slips on Little Lagoon. Approximately 3.5 miles west of Hwy 59.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need! Dining table seats four and there are three bar stools.
All bedrooms feature floor to ceiling windows and an adjoining bathroom. Master has king sized bed and 20" TV with DVD player. Master bath has jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity. Second bedroom has a queen bed and 19" TV. Third bedroom has a queen bed as well.
Balcony features four chairs and two lounge chairs. The views of Little Lagoon are amazing! You can also have great views to the east and west and a side view of the Gulf from the balcony.
Maximum of two cars. Wireless internet access is provided.

The property was ideally located between the lagoon and beach. We were able to enjoy the sunset from both angles. The condo is in excellent condition as described in the pictures. The fitness room and indoor pool served us well in continuing our routine exercising while in Gulf Shores. The Wi-fi needed rebooting when we arrived. The maintenance number wasn't able to help us re-connect, so I'm glad my son and husband were able to discern how to do this so that we could get wi-fi. It might help to have re-booting instructions. A perfect setting for a relaxing time away!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway.
