This pet-friendly Seaside beach home is in an excellent location - within walking distance to all the downtown attractions of Seaside and just two blocks from the beach!
With three bedrooms, a loft, and two full baths, the home can comfortably sleep eight friends or family members. Cozy up by the fireplace and catch a movie in the den, or relax in the open living room and listen to music as all your stress melts away.
You'll find a king-sized bed in the master suite, and a queen bed in each of the other two full bedrooms. The loft holds a double bed and another TV with a DVD/VHS player for movie night in bed!
The full kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher so clean up is easy and the table in the elegant dining room has room for eight.
On the back to the patio, you will enjoy fun times around the self contained firepit where you can roast hot dogs or make s'mores. The yard is fully fenced with lots of play room for the kids or pets who tagged along.
All of Seaside is just outside your front door, only two blocks from the sandy beach known for razor clamming, sand castle building, and kite flying.
Stroll along the historic Promenade where you'll find indoor miniture golf, bumper cars, tiltawhirl and the Funcenter Arcade for the kids.
Explore the Seaside bridges over the Necanicum river, which offers good crabbing and steel head fishing. Less than a mile to the south is the public golf course, surfing at "The Cove", and hiking along the Tillamook trail from which there are excellent views of the historic Seaside lighthouse.

My family met at "Sandy's Beach Place" during the Seaside Jazz Festival. We had plenty of space, and it allowed us all to be together. We were even able to bring the dog.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, pet owners.

We have dealt with the house owner for several years and have appreciated her trust and personal approach to us as guests. I understand her decision to engage a rental agent but I hasten to add that your staff understand the importance of these same qualities. DON'T TREAT US AS JUST ONE MORE RENTER. In this age of automation the personal touch is often not even comprehended. There is no excuse for letting the computer take away the qualities of life that mean much more than just efficiency. One of the main reasons we have repeatedly booked Sandy's Place is the personal trusting manner with which we have been treated with by the owner of the property. I do hope your firm can bridge the gap between automation and the personal touch. Thank you and we did very much enjoy Seaside and the House. Cute house with plenty of room - tons of dishes, utensils & everything you need. Comfortable master bed. Cute loft area. The only thing I could say that's not good, would be that ugly, stained blue carpet; and the stairs going to the loft were tricky - some steps are wide, some smaller. Need to be careful, adults or small children. Other than that, we had a very nice stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway.

We agree that some updates are necessary and are always working with owners to plan for the bigger projects like replacing carpets and re-building stairs. What a perfect house for our families to have a long weekend together. Very well stocked kitchen, lots of linens (but bring your own beach towel), and even a few beach chairs in the garage! Our only disappointment was in the back yard - it is a small back yard. Nice, though, and nice to have the fire and BBQ available. We would definitely recommend the house, and the company. :)Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, pet owners, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our family had a very pleasant stay at Sandy's Beach Place. The house was perfect with several locations for family members to "hang". Plenty of towels and kitcen supplies. Close to Seaside beach, prom, and downtown. Only down was that the garbage can was full upon our arrival so had to store bags in the clean garage. Will come back here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway.
