Four Level Split (3 stairs with 7 steps each) with heated Private Pool and Spa. Detached 2 car garage with storage inside. Courtyard home with Privacy Wall completely surrounding property. Architecturally significant property of Spanish Design. The residence contains 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, and a large Family Room with Sleep Sofa. All rooms have cable TV and the house has wireless internet. There is a stereo system and multiple DVD/VCR players. Cable is all digital. All rooms are large and second bedroom has adjoining office space with great natural light. Living/Dining Room has Cathedral Ceiling with open beams and wood burning fireplace. Master Bedroom and eat-in Kitchen also have cathedral ceilings and open beams. Hardwood trim and cabinetry throughout with granite counter tops. Bedrooms are carpeted with all other rooms having saltillo or ceramic tile floors. All rooms are large with spacious storage available. Plenty of deck space and area for sunbathing and alfresco dining under enormous pergola adorned with Bougainvilla; Confederate Jasmine graces the pool area wall. Very private. This is a great location for entertaining friends and family.
The Private beach is just a short walk and trams are available all day long. All amenities are included with this rental at no extra cost to the tenant, except for tennis and golf. Extensive fitness facility is available with no ongoing fees.
Walk from this respite to all activities including the private beach with restaurants and beach attendants, tennis courts, theater, church, shopping and dining. Miles of biking and hiking paths await with an abundance of wildlife always visible. Great area for bird watchers featuring Osprey, Eagles, Herons, Wood Stork, Ibis, Roseate Spoonbill, and many smaller birds. Along the path see otters, turtles, alligators (safe distance away), fish, and others, while at the beach see Porpoise and Manatee. Backwater and Surf fishing are permitted. Lugano is a community in itself with 71 living units but only one detached villa and this is it. There is also an association pool and spa for your use. Walking time from this residence to any of the points listed is 20 minutes or less.

About the owner: We are a retired couple having worked in Financial Insititutions and rearing six children. We have eleven grandchildren. We have enjoyed the beach, biking, and hiking in this tropical environment. Naples offers great opportunities for participation in the performing and visual arts for beginners as well as professionals. It is all about the weather with more than 300 days of sunshine per year. Entertain your friends and family at our fabulous beach right on the Gulf of Mexico. Great restaurants, entertainment, and natural resources are at your beck and call.
