Spend time in our beautiful pool, walk across the road to the gulf to spend a day playing on the beach or venture out to the many other activities in the area. After a fun-filled day of experiencing all that this area has to offer, come home to a comfortably decorated condo which has been furnished as our second home with comfort and relaxation in mind.
Relax, watch dolphins or enjoy the fabulous sunset on our large riverside deck. Enjoy preparing hors d'oeuvres and cocktails or full gourmet meals in the large, very well equipped kitchen with a fabulous gulf view. Share your 'cocktail hour' or meal with family and friends in our comfortable dining area, on our deck or take advantage of the tables and chairs by the pool or in the gazebo on the river.
The living room includes a double reclining Lazy Boy 3-cushion sofa, a Lazy-Boy recliner and side chair. Wake up to views of the river from a large bedroom window, glass door and deck off the quiet Master Suite which includes a King Size bed with the highest quality Sealy pillowtop mattress, dresser and two night stands, large closet as well as a full on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom with a beautiful view of the gulf includes two Twin Size beds with Sealy Pillowtop mattresses, two dressers and a night stand as well as a full bathroom just steps away.

My husband and I spent the month of March at Jubilee Landing. It turned out to be a perfect location. Easy access from building to all the major roadways. The other tennants in the building were very hospitable and friendly because most had been coming here for years. There is a happy hour every day weather permitting at the pool at 4:00 pm for whomever shows up. This is where we asked lots of questions and where to go and what to see. The condo itself was so clean and comfortable. It was decorated beautifully and was so user friendly we felt as if we were right at home. We could sit on the deck and watch the kayackers, boaters and we did even see dolphins swimming by. The ocean was a short walk across the beach and the beach was beautiful white sand where I found some interesting sea shells. It is a short walk to the infamous Florabama Bar where you can hear music day and night and grab a quick bite. We also walked to the Waffle House. (I think they are about every 5 blocks) We had a wonderful time golfing with friends, eating eating eating, saw the flying blue angels, museums, and still missed so much. Great location on the Old River with the Gulf only a few hundred yards away as well. If you like to fish or have a boat, this is an ideal property. Clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the peace and quiet the area offered in February. Loved the Gulf beaches and the area restaurants and bars (especially Tacky Jacks and Flora-Bama).Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

If you want days and nights with your choice of beach, pool, fishing, boating, shopping and GREAT food close by, then this place is for you. The river is on one side of the complex and the beach is right across the street, no big high rise to obstruct your view or to fight over space with other beach goers. The complex was very quiet and the pool was perfect. We caught 17 different species of fish right off the pier. Half the fun was looking up what they were. Not your typical fresh water varieties. The condo was furnished with everything you need for your stay. We will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We enjoyed our stay at Jubilee Landing. The condo complex is small with no wait for the elevator and chairs always available at the pool. We loved the large deck overlooking Ole River and facing Ono Island and the gazebo over the boat dock with a breeze blowing any time of day. I carried my Nook up there and read to my heart's content and just relaxed and watched the sunset. My grandson loved fishing off the dock which he did every day we were there and my granddaughter loved the large pool. The beach is across the road but there are no condos beachside so it is not crowded and we had the beach to ourselves. There is an open area under the complex with several tables and chairs and there are also grills and tables outside. We grilled and ate outside one night. We plan to go back next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family & I had the best week ever!! This condo is in a great location. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony & watch the boats go by. My 2 boys loved being able to fish & catch crabs every night & I loved being able to lay out at the pool or go across the street & play at the ocean. I hope to make this a yearly visit for us!! Thanks for sharing your place!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We just back from a very relaxing vacation at Mr. Jim's condo! We enjoyed every minute! The condo is very well stocked and has everything you could possibly want! The beach is across the street and very easily accessible. The boat docks are directly behind the condo and are available for our use if needed. We fished daily from the docks and occassionally say dolphins playing! The balconies are HUGE and the perfect place for our low country boil feast! Jim is the perfect person to rent from! He gave us all the personal attention that we needed and made sure our stay was very comfortable! We are already planning a return trip in the fall to this wonderful place! We already consider it our home away from home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Arrived just before sunset and watched dolphins passing by from the spacious balcony. Cool breeze even on a hot day. Loved the beautiful views and the openness around the condo. Condo was well stocked with the comforts of home. Great bed in master suite! My family and I had a very relaxing stay at this condo. The views of the bay were wonderful and the proximity to the beach was great! The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed during our time in Orange Beach.
