The drive into this home will take your breath away as the sun sets and shadows fall over the McDowell Mountains. North of and with easy access to the 101 loop in Scottsdale, this home is ideal for all of your vacation needs and is in close proximity to shopping, major roadways for sightseeing, activities like golf tournaments, car auctions and horse shows, fine Scottsdale restaurants and local festivities and events. The private 30 foot pool is very refreshing after a long day of golfing and taking in the sights as well as is the hot tub. The covered misting patio affords cool relaxing afternoon and evening swimming and dinners as you watch the sun set. Inside, high vaulted ceilings and a wonderful open floor plan provide optimum livability for your vacation. The living area is handsomely furnished with large sectional sofa, 50-inch cable TV, DVD, Stereo, Log-Burning Fireplace, and Additional Seating. The fully equipped kitchen is vaulted as well and looks out over the dining room, pool and patio. The remainder of the house is laid out to provide fully private and separate sleeping quarters on each end of the house. The large master suite has a four-poster queen bed and adjacent light and airy bathroom and dressing area with corner tub overlooking the pool and roomy walk-in shower. On the opposite end, there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds with a central bathroom. Ample closets are provided throughout. High-speed internet connection and phone are provided for you to keep up to date on your business activities . The home is situated in an extremely well maintained community with sidewalks and streets where you can take walks or bike for several miles with beautiful views of the mountains on your way. Linens, towels, washer, dryer, garage and all amenities are provided for you to make your stay memorable!
