Welcome to our delightful gulf front condo that we call 'Sandy Key Condo'. We love the location because of the easy access to the beach and the gorgeous, direct gulf view! The beach here is very private because it is located at the east end of the gorgeous beaches of Perdido Key, FL.
Unlike some condo complexes which have long boardwalks from the condo to the beach, you'll enjoy how close the beach and Gulf of Mexico are to the condo. There's no long walk to the beach, so our condo is great for families with little ones.
You are going to love the well equipped and roomy kitchen, plus the dining table with seating for 6! And, the light filled living room has ample seating for everyone in your group. There's even a comfy recliner!
The 200 sq ft gulf front balcony is delightful and can be accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has several nice features including: comfortable king-size bed, full size sofa, TV, and spacious bathroom with jetted bathtub. The tub is a tub-shower combo.
Bdrm # 2 sleeps up to 4 guests with 2 full size beds. Bdrm # 2 also features a TV and has easy access to the hall bath with tub-shower combo.
This unit also features high speed wireless internet, cable TV, gorgeous gulf views, and lovely sugar-sand beaches! The complex offers several charcoal BBQ pits, 2 outdoor pools - 1 of which is seasonally heated, plus gated entrance and an elevator for each tower.

We loved our stay at Sandy Key! This was a great condo and was a great price, We look forward to doing it again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We rented this condo and were unsure if Tropical Storm Debby was going to ruin our vacation. I am so glad we stayed! The storm didnt effect the weather and we had a great stay. The condo was just as described and appeared exactly as the pictures show on the website. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The owner was very friendly, responsive and willing to help with a few minor things that came up during the trip. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation, very close to the beach with lots of ammeneties. We will be back for sure!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

About the owner: Our family loves to vacation here at Sandy Key in Perdido Key! The beach and Gulf are so close to the condo! No long walk to the beach to contend with! Don't spend your time walking back and forth on a long boardwalk! Instead spend your time relaxing on the beach, in the Gulf and in the pools here at Sandy Key!

The condo is soooo close to the beach and Gulf! Our family loves the condo's terrific views of the Gulf of Mexico and the soft, white sugar-sand beach. We also love the complex amenities: 2 pools, one of the pools is seasonally heated, the tennis court, BBQ area and fitness rooms. Around each pool are lots of pool chairs, tables and lounge chairs. And, we love the condo itself. We furnished the unit for our family's use so there are lots of extras including a well stocked kitchen that features GE Profile appliances. We hope you find Sandy Key 612 as comfy and cozy as we do!
