  This is a beautiful condominium and my family and I had a nice visit in Horry County. Unfortunately for us the building was being worked on with balcony construction during our stay and we were woken each morning with the sound of hammerdrills. This should be a temporary problem, however, the problem of the pools at this facility are not so temporary. All of the pools are extremely small and were not at all clean during our stay. Due to the unusally cool weather during our stay we were limited to the one indoor pool and it measures about 5'x10' with a limit of only 12 persons, far too small for a complex with 72 units. My only complaint with the condo itself would be the outdated tube TV's in each room. I had to repair the cable for the TV in the third bedroom myself. With children it would have been nice if the bedrooms had dvd players in them.

  This was the best vacation we have taken in a long time. Close enough to restaurants, entertainment and yet we had no need to do that. Beach was terrific as we never totally lost the shore. Pools were a little small however with all adults we were just looking for something to cool off when sunbathing by the pools. Condo had everything we needed and I will make sure we bring less next year. Twin beds could use new mattresses but other than that there were no complaints for sleeping. Owner was very easy to work with so that made it nice.This will be a defininte 'do again' next year.

  Had a wonderful time. Nice place,owner was very kind to help answer our questions. The view of the ocean is just breath taking. I would recommend this place to my friends or relatives.

  I loved loved loved this condo! It was exactly as the pictures portrayed. It was extremely clean. We had 4 kids (ages 10/7/7/5) and it was spacious for everyone. The pools were perfect for them. Yes, they were on the small side, but for their ages it was ideal, but we were there for the beach! The location is great..its not overcrowded but not far from main attractions..The owner was quick with responses via email which was very helpful! I never waited more than a few hours for a response. The balcony view was FANTASTIC and I didn't think the balcony furniture was that bad..nor did I think the carpet was that bad as stated in a previous review...it's a little worn but definitely not worth mentioning based on the overall condition of the condo itself. I loved the fact that there was a washer/dryer in the condo and I loved the jacuzzi tub! The only thing I might add is that in the description of the condo, it doesn't list that there is a storage room with a beach umbrella, a couple of chairs, sand toys, etc. That would have been nice to know..but it was great to be able to throw all of our beach things in the storage and not have to clutter up the condo with it. Check out Barefoot Landing that has great shops/restaurants and fireworks every nite! We also did a dolphin cruise on the Sea Thunder and they guarantee that you see dolphins or you get a ticket to come back. We actually didn't see dolphins the first time around and went back the 2nd time and saw a bunch! We would definitely stay here again when coming back to Myrtle Beach...You won't be disappointed!!!!

  This condo was perfect for my family of 5 (the youngest was 16). It was exactly as listed and we were beyond pleased. A prior review stated that the patio furniture was rough.The owner apologized for this over the phone, but honestly I didn't see anything wrong with it! The bedroom with the twin beds is quite small, but worked just fine for my 18 & 21 year old daughters. The master bedroom had an amazing view that I woke up to each morning. The pools and lazy river were extremely small, but we were there for the beach! The pools would be perfect if you have small children though. The area of Cherry Grove was wonderful - not too crowded but not secluded either. We were pleasantly surprised with the perfect compromise of lack of traffic vs. things to do in our family. If we return to Cherry Grove we will definitly stay here again!

  My family and I have just arrived home from a two week stay in property # 412633 and really enjoyed ourselves. We love staying in Cherry Grove because it is a quiet more relaxed atmosphere. The best way for me to give a review is to list the pros and cons. Pros: The unit is as it appears in the listing. The unit bedrooms each have a bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The balcony view is wonderful as is the marsh view. Shopping and restaurants are just down the road. Owner is very helpful with any questions. Cons: The pools are very, very small and not very deep. The outside pool is too cold to use at this time of year and the inside pool calls for a maximum of 12 people. That was the biggest diappointment I had, and this should not be a reflection on the owner. (We just waited until everyone went out in the evening and then got into the inside pool) The balcony furniture needs to be updated.(We remedied this because we had our own beach chairs) The carpet needs to be steamed. (We just wore socks or flip flops) The twin room needs to be more welcoming. (Teenagers were staying so they didn't mind) Overall our trip was very enjoyable. I would recommed this unit to others, because we had a very relaxing time. The owner has invited us to consider using this unit again and I would seriously stay there again. If you go down for a visit, check out Tar Baby's Pancake House for breakfast and the Cherry Grove Pier Cafe for lunch. You get plenty of food for the money and neither will drain your wallet. Broadway is always enjoyable as is the new boardwalk and all of the many shops everywhere. If relaxing is what you want, the beach is always full of surf, sand, and shells! HAVE FUN!!
