Known as 'Point O View' This unique residence sits at the Great Egg Harbour Inlet and Atlantic Ocean at the exclusive and prestigious Longport Point on the end of Absecon island. Steps to the protected life guard beach, the joy and convenience of a 30 second stroll to the beach and relaxing on the sand or sitting on your comfortable chair on the inlet rock pile while watching the force of nature with large waves battering the ancient rocks is a special delight, On the deck you can watch the occasional wedding ceremony on week ends or go down in person and be thouroughy entertained. Tourists and shutterbugs,come to the scenic area, and take pictures. This is all yours in a very diffferent style house with a great room full of fine art, stained glass and musical instruments .We sustained lower wave damage from Storm Sandy which would not affect the living area offered. This has been repaired. Currently, Longport is in the process of repairing the street in front of the house but that would not affect a rental since ample parking is int he rear of the house with alley/Lane access. On the southen point of Absecon Island over looking ther Great Egg Harbour Inlet and Atlantic ocean. Is a very scenic area which draws many shutterbugs and tourists. The beach and rock pile with wave action is a short 100 foot walk

You are entertained by the occasional weddings and festivities that occurr on the rocks and nearby beach. I like to watch the sightseers come and turn while enjoying nature at its finest as the waves smash the rocks across the street in front of the house. This is a favorite spot for artists, tourists and nature lovers.
