We stayed in this charming house for the weekend with our teenage daughter and 3 of her friends. The location is ideal. We walked to downtown Santa Barbara for shopping, dining & sightseeing. If you enjoy touring historical homes, this is the place for you. It is like going back in time when attention was paid to every detail in a house. The owners did a great job renovating the property. The landscaping is outstanding. Our three day stay was not long enough to fully enjoy this property, we are already planning a return visit. I would not recommend it for young children as the home has many antiques and delicate items. It is a very unique property.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.
