Please Note: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified, before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.

Reduced prices are on offer for stays of longer than 14 days.

A final check-in and out charge of £50 for cleaning / laundry etc will be made at the end of the stay. If you desire extra maid / laundry services at any time during your stay, this can be arranged.
50% of the rental sum is payable upon booking. The balance is due on arrival. 
Cancellation refunds:
•	up to 8 weeks - 25% cancellation charge (50% of deposit)
•	from 8 to 4 weeks - 50% of rate charged (100% of deposit)
•	Less than 4 weeks - no refund.
A R 5000 security deposit (or £/€/$ equivalent) is payable at the handing over of the keys at the beginning of your stay refundable in full if no damages or losses are incurred
